Tour time and attractions visited were perfect for our short visit to Cadiz. Mayka from City Sightseeing Cadiz was so helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful way to see the city outside of the old town and to get our bearings. We would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you'll get to meet Mayka too. Many thanks, Anna and Helen

Good experience
We bought them in the city at a stand from a very attentive girl from Santander; also, I must mention Patri, a girl who was also very attentive at La Caleta beach, where I had a mishap with the tickets and she solved it for me.

Bad experience.
On leaving our ship we directed to walk a kilometer or more when another stop was much nearer. Bus was old and needed replacing. Stop call button was difficult to find. The supplied route map made no sense at all. Most of the tour was padding to make it long enough.
Not worth spending money on.

Thank you Robert for your review "Bad experience." for City Sightseeing Cadiz Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour and for taking the time to detail your experience on our bus.
We are sorry to hear that your experience from the cruise port was not as expected. We understand your frustration at being directed to walk over a kilometre when there is a nearer stop for our bus to the port area. We have transferred this point directly to our operations team in Cadiz and to the cruise handling staff to ensure that the information given at disembarkation about the closest stop is correct and consistent.
Thank you also for your comments about the bus condition, the stop button, the route map and the itinerary. We have passed your feedback to our fleet and maintenance team to check the vehicle you travelled on, and to our product team in Cadiz to review the visibility of the stop button inside the bus and to improve the clarity of the printed route map.
Thank you for your feedback, it helps us improve our bus service.

Not worth the money!! Just walk instead 👍🏻
Don’t waste your money!!
Long lines / long waits for busses / slow at every stop / my headphone socket wasn’t working either.
It’s a half hour walk from the port to town where you can see everything

Dear Rona,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your City Sightseeing Cadiz Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour.
We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you felt our tour was not worth the money.
We apologize for the long lines and long waits you experienced, as well as for the delay at the stops and for the issue with your headphone socket not working. This is not the standard we aim to provide. We have passed your comments on to our local operations team in Cadiz to review the bus frequency and to check the audio system on board our fleet.
While it is true that Cádiz old town is very walkable and only a short walk from the port, our tour is designed to help visitors, especially those arriving on a cruise with limited time, discover the further points of interest like Playa de la Victoria, the more modern part of the city and the castles, with interesting commentary about the 3,000 years of history of the city.
Please contact us at info@city-sightseeing.es
We regret that we did not manage to show you this value on your visit. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our service.
Kind regards,
