Paco and Josue will be absolutely thrilled to hear your kind words. They are both incredibly dedicated guides, and their knowledge of the ocean, teamwork, and commitment to safety are things we are very proud of. It means a lot to us that you noticed how they handled the situation. The weather event you experienced is locally known as a “Torito,” a sudden and localized storm that, although ver rare, it can bring strong winds, waves, and heavy rain. As soon as we were notified that one was approaching, we immediately alerted our guides. Unfortunately, this particular Torito developed and arrived very quickly, which made the conditions change in a matter of minutes. We are always closely monitoring the weather and ocean conditions throughout our tours, and our guides are prepared to react quickly when conditions change. Safety will always be our number one priority. We’re sorry you weren’t able to enjoy Lover’s Beach or snorkel as planned, but we’re grateful that everyone made it back safely. We’re so glad you were still able to make it to the Arch and capture some magical moments before the weather changed! 🥰 Thank you again for trusting us with your experience and for recognizing Paco and Josue in such a special way.
