Customer service: 4 out 10 but Julius was friendly and was able to start off on a good start. Swan Boat: 2 out of 10 not recommended for tall or long legs; seated low; we still tried it out. Overall, easy to book and enjoyed ourselves making the best of the experience even though we had to shorten our ride.
It was great it's been some years where my husband and I had him n me time only... No other people just us.. meaning people we knews.. it was relaxing, fun, nice scenery.

A little bucket list but Lot peddling it was nice . The Swan ride at Long Beach. Very good experience.

We DID NOT get to avail of the Swan Boat rental we purchased from you. The tickets you sold were not honored for that day (April 18, 2026). According to the operators. They posted a LARGE BANNER on their website informing everyone that; For that day, there will be an event (A race) and anyone intending on going to the Swan boats MUST PURCHASE THE EVENT's TICKETS in order to access the event and get to their location. YET, your site did not have this information, and proceeded to sell tickets to unknowing customers. I am demanding a refund!
This was a very cute cheap experience perfect for date night or just something fun to do. Break up the boredom in your days. Wish it was a little bit bigger of a water area, but overall super relaxing
They should know that it's a great way to get a little bit of exercise in while taking in the beautiful scenery.
The boats aren’t very well maintained they were dirty and not cleaned apparently before hand. Wish I took pictures we paid for an hour and left after 15 mins
