The Trotsky Museum was a fascinating visit to an extraordinary period in Mexican history which Héctor brought to life with his knowledge and good sense of humour. He was also very helpful at the end of the tour by taking us to a vibrant local cafe.

We really enjoyed this tour. It is a great compliment to the Frida Kahlo museum because of the relationship between the two iconic people. Our tour guide, Valerie, was amazing and gave us so much context around Trotsky and his life. She answered all of our questions with great enthusiasm!

Incredibly interesting historic site as well as a beautiful house in general. Our tour guide Omar was super insightful and provided some tips for other spots to visit in the city! Would recommend!

Valerie was very knowledgeable and whoa a great story of political intrigue, international relations, art, and romance. I’d say that if you’re going to spend time in Mexico City, don’t miss the Trotsky house.
That although I do not communicate with his ideas, this character was important in the twentieth century and the consequences we saw reflected in some countries especially in Russia. I didn't know about the Siqueiros attack. Knowing persecuted must be a wearying, traumatic and horrible experience and even more so when you reached your family who were not the direct victims
The tour was fantastic! My tour guide was so knowledgeable and I learned so many interesting details about Trotsky's life in Mexico. The tour helped me see things at the house that I otherwise would have missed and I left with a much deeper understanding of this period of Mexican history. Highly recommended!
