It was amazing , spent all day there from 10-5 , food and drinks for sale in multiple places , big variety of slides and pools , something for everyone , all ages , for big kids and adults and baby’s , there is a photographer that goes around All day and does photoshoots and you can buy every single photo of everyone in the group for €40
If you have younger children might be ok, I went with a 14 and 19 yr old The worst element for me was the queue management so poor means your waiting much longer than you should for some rides The main rides with the floats and mats only have 2 queues but for 4 rides so extra waiting fir no reason it’s really badly managed No thrill seeker rides We lasted about 2 hours
Save your money and go somewhere else. Cost was reasonable but advertising new for 2026 but they definitely didn’t put money into it. You will spend time getting stuck on slides which defeats the purpose of been called a slide. One of the pools had a coating of slime that looked like vomit. Food was really terrible and long queues. If you can’t get chips right what can you do. Overall the ground is so dangerous and someone is going to have a terrible accident as the new tiles are uneven with the old concrete and hard pieces of cement coming away everywhere.
Half way the jacuzzis in pool didn't work. Shop not a gift shop my Viator ticket not recognised though I was gonna have to buy new tickets. Some of slides shut.
Great day out with plenty for all ages. Good pools and variety of slides. Hot weather helped. Staff were very friendly. Food and drink available was also good.
I never listen or write reviews but before coming I did read the reviews and see alot saying it’s dangerous. Well, that is an understatement! The lack of health and safety is worrying.
Obviously didn’t help that we had the worst torrential rain in Lanzarote which closed the park at 1pm with no refund. But this place is awful and unsafe. I’ve received serious bruising from the slide where you lay front first. Also very difficult o get transport back as in the middle of nowhere.
We had a great time, plenty to do for all ages. Lots of slides, some have height restrictions but plenty of slides for all age groups. If you arent into slides there are pool areas you can relax in. We got a bus transfer from our hotel and were there all day. The lifeguards make sure everyone sticks to the rules which is needed and I found them to be pleasant We had lunch in the cafeteria and it was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go back again. Very enjoyable visit. The tiles can be hot so make sure to take sandals/ flip flops.
Great day out with the kids, hassle free transfer. We had great fun on all of the slides and the park was not too big so the kids could go off together and make their way back to you
After reading a number of negative reviews our group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) decided to buy day tickets from the rep in the hotel. The park is clean enough, not spotless but what water park is. There were plenty of sun beds. There was some queuing for the rides that include the donuts/ mats however in general very little time was spent queuing. The food was not sampled so I can not comment on this. I would recommend this aqua park for a fun family day out.
