Ephraim was very knowledgeable and interesting. I booked our tour for a different night and he was very accommodating to switch it. Would take another tour with him when returning to St. Augustine!

So much fun! My 12 year old had a blast. Just the right amount of spooky for a family, tailored perfectly for everyone on the tour! So much better than the big-box tours. 100% recommend!

Great guide and experience. We were on a girls trip and our guide made sure we had a great time. This tour doesn’t take you to the same places other tours frequent. Our guide opened our eyes to new places to venture on our next days in St. Augustine. Not too scary of a tour either but we all got chills at different times.

Very informative tour. Our guide provided information on St. Augustine’s historical background and the reported connections to paranormal activities. He was very pleasant. We enjoyed our evening walk. Even my 10 year old found the stories to be interesting.

The guide was so sweet and very knowledgeable! This was a great, affordable way to close out our day. It lasted a bit over an hour and there were only 8 of us, making it easy to hear and ask questions. My 12 year-old was a bit freaked out but he was jovial and kind to her the entire time making it very family friendly.
