First time visiting Tijuana for my wife and I and this experience couldn't have been better. Marisol arrived on time to meet the group and after assisting with getting us across the border, we were handed off to Humberto, who you must request if you're booking this tour. Humberto is very friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour fly by. He shared so many details about things we would have never known to ask about and even was flexible enough to take us to a restaurant (Taco El Franc) that we had heard great things about and wanted to try out since it's the only restaurant in Tijuana to receive a Michelin star. This wasn't included as part of the tour but he made time for it and it added to our experience. A five-star experience that is worth your time. We're staying in San Diego and this tour is definitely the highlight of our trip.

Well worth the price. The meeting time and place was perfect. Tadeo was very knowledgeable and showed us around nicely. Lunch was also delicious. I highly suggest getting Global Entry to avoid the long lines. It's worth the price believe me.

My partner and I enjoyed the tour from start to finish. Tadeo was a great tour guide. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our guide Carlos was excellent. He was very passionate about the Tijuana culture and history. He made everyone feel welcome and safe. The tour covered the food, drinks , street art, history and shopping surrounding the Tijuana culture. While crossing the boarder can be intimidating, Carlos and company made the process easygoing, safe and enjoyable. Would do the tour again.

I had a really good experience overall. Our guide, Tadeo, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel easy and well organised. He showed us the main landmarks around the city and gave interesting explanations about the history and culture. The tequila tasting was also a highlight and was well done, fun, and not rushed. Overall, it was a great introduction to Tijuana and I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

We got to the meeting spot at 12:10 we waited until 1:12 no one showed up. I sent messages and called before leaving. We had to get on the blue line train to get back to our hotel. We got on the train then the lady wanna call @1:20. If they knew they was going to be late someone should have contacted us stating that. Very unprofessional. Now I need my 150.00 refund back.
