German language was desired. Offered was English and accepted by us. A mobile phone communication was made by translation. The driver made an effort. But a reasonable understanding could not take place. In this respect, the trip was not worth the money
Hallo, lieber Kunde. Also entschuldigen Sie mich bitte. Deniz Güner
My driver was engaging, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease traveling alone. He took me to see my requested sights and shared so much history with me. It was easy to communicate with him about pick up and drop off for dinner. My only complaint was I requested an English speaker and his English was very limited but we communicated through Google translate.
Hi dear guest madam Melanie.Thank you so much for nice comment.I'm so happy.Yes our drivers do not speak English very well. That's why we serve you via WhatsApp. If our customers are truly happy, I'm very happy too. I hope we can serve you again. Please save my phone number. When you come again, I will serve you with special prices. Hope to see you, goodbye. Deniz GÜNER IST VİP TRAVEL

It would have been helpful if the driver spoke English. A lot of confusion at the beginning since his sign was from Saw Travel and not Viator. Very clean car and even with the language problems the the driver was very professional.
Hello dear customer. Thank you for your comment. But I'm really sorry about the score.Viatour is a worldwide company and works with many companies like us. And that's why local companies can only use their own name. Please any questions or help.for istanbul countact with me again. Thank you for like the car and driver services. Have a great day Deniz Güner Operation manager
Had a 9 hour layover in Istanbul and used this service to get around. Although it was a bit expensive it was very professional. The owner had great communication before we even arrived. Once there we followed simple instructions to where the drivers would be. Our driver did not speak English but had a great attitude and even tried using Google translate to communicate with us. The owner also called several times to give us tips and information on what we should Do. I would recommend this service.
