I had the pleasure of riding with Henrique. He was extremely attentive, kind, and professional. Ensuring to the best of his ability I was able to make my flight. I can not say enough good things about him and would love to have him every time I am in Boston.

Our driver Diego was awesome. He was so pleasant, and professional. He arrived 30 Minute’s early ,took the quickest route given the Boston traffic. Would ask for him anytime. The company itself had great communication about arrival and who your driver was going to be.

I was traveling alone internationally with my young daughter for medical appointments and was on the hunt for a safe, reliable limo service. I was nervous as I didn’t know the area to be hunting around looking for transport so I needed someone who was reliable. I picked JR Limo from the reviews that I found on TripAdvisor and I have to say all the reviews were spot on. The last 4 days we’ve used them for airport runs and back and forth from Boston Children's Hospital and each time they were early and waiting when we came out the door. Their vehicles were immaculate and we had Marco for most of our runs which was nice as we knew who we were looking for amongst the sea of faces at BCH. He was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and gave excellent service. We also had Eddie this morning for an airport run he was great also. I like the system of texts you receive letting you know the name of your driver and the car is on the way and another to say they have arrived and the license plate number so there’s no question you are getting in the correct car. They were exceptional in all areas and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Well earned 5 stars!

We were very pleased with JR Limo. We used them to get from the suburbs to Logan Airport, and then again on our return trip from the airport back to home. Both times the driver was there promptly. Having used other transportation options, one of the things we really appreciated about JR Limo was that both drivers drove in a very safe manner. They were not lane swapping nor tailgating nor other unsafe behaviors. The vehicles themselves were also comfortable.

Wallef arrived on time and was very patient when we had to run back in the house to gather last minute things. Car was clean, there was fresh water available to us. He was super polite and we had good conversation. My husband and I appreciated the trip and will certainly use the service again.

Our driver, Wallef Brussolo, was excellent. He’s so friendly, professional and knows so much about Boston and the surrounding areas. We had a pleasant trip to our destination because of him. The company should definitely give him a raise. If we come to Boston again, we definitely will book for him!
