We didn’t get to experience anything. Our captain on the cruise canceled the tenders due to huge swells on the water so we could not get off the ship.

Unfortunately, our planned boat trip could not take place due to the stated weather conditions. This was particularly surprising to us, as the weather on the day appeared to be quite ideal for a boat tour. This was also confirmed by other people. What was especially frustrating was the lack of communication in advance. We made the journey all the way to the meeting point, only to be informed shortly before the scheduled departure that the boat tour would not be offered. Had we been notified beforehand, we could have avoided the unnecessary trip to the meeting point. We understand that weather conditions can sometimes make it necessary to cancel a tour for safety reasons. However, in such a situation, timely communication with customers should be a basic part of the service. We hope that the company improves its communication in the future so that other tourists do not make the journey unnecessarily, only to find out at the last minute that the tour has been cancelled. Based on our experience, we would unfortunately not recommend this tour.

Great little trip. All beer and wine included. Nice little swim so worth taking goggles. Some nice food on board too.

The service could have beeb better. Staff should at least know English. Food wasn't good. For vegetarian had roasted 2 vegetables and vegan sausages. Which not not everyone would eat. Was the last to get. I was given a green band to tell the staff I was vegetarian. The staff just put normal meat for for me. I had to tell I was vegetarian. So what's the use of green band. Also lots of birds taking food of your plates.

The day was very well organised. The staff very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The food delicious. I could have not asked for more. Thank you, Angela and all the crew.

Did the 5hour dolphin watch, caves and beach barbque on 17th September. We were lucky and got to see loads of dolphins. Boat very comfortable. Staff were also lovely. The beach barbque was very nice, plenty meat, fish, lovely salad, fruit and drinks. The beach itself was beautiful. We then went along bu caves and hot to see really amazing views of the. It was my favourite part of holiday, total relaxation. Really good value for money. Would definitely do it again on next visit.

All staff really friendly and helpful, boat comfy and you were made to feel safe. Dolphins amazing, caves wonderful and the cove where we had an excellent BBQ was sheltered and lovely. Can’t recommend this highly enough Thanks

I’ve done 2 experiences with them and both were really good. They have everything professionally prepared, friendly staff and great atmosphere. I didn’t see dolphins in the first time and was able to book it again free of charge. That’s commitment!

The crew members were friendly and very attentive. Drinks served on board during the trip. Dolphins. Beautiful, playful and lots of them. Plenty of time to take pictures. BBQ was nice, I discovered that I do in fact like sardines. Great experience, well worth spent money!

The entire day was amazing. The crew were excellent, the scenery was beautiful and the lunch was delicious. I highly recommend this trip. It was one of the highlights of our time in the Algarve. Sadly I have to mention the english girl who checked us in before we boarded was uninspiring and had a very bad attitude. However, the crew and the day itself was remarkable and left us a day to remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you.
