We made a few changes to our pickup time and the company was very easy to deal with and very adaptable.
Driver was on time and waiting after baggage pick up with a sign with my name on it. Very professional. Clean car. Good experience.
We were supposed to be picked up at the arrivals hall at the airport. No one was there when we got through customs and no one turned up. We waited 30 mins then got the train.

Unfortunately, our system did not register your reservation, as the required travel details such as your flight number, arrival airport, and arrival time were not provided. We had Tomas and Paul as our drivers on a visit to Krakow from Scotland. Both drivers were very fluent in English and so helpful. The transport was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The communication on arrival and departure were excellent, I received text messages ensuring we knew times of pick up from the airport and our hotel. We felt very safe in their hands. Once again Viator transfers let us down. Driver was not at the airport I had to call Viator to find out what happened.. eventually he showed up. Viator is not reliable better off using uber or bolt in Europe.

From pick up to drop off absolutely 100% . Our driver was extremely polite and couldn't be more helpful, he recommended places to go, restaurants to try and was very well presented.
Thank you so much for all the valuable suggestions. He supported us from the airport to our apartment near Piazza Nuova, and we also agreed with him the transfer to the salt mines and also the airport.
Would fully recommend booking with them, such an easy process, came into the welcome hall in the airport, (forgive me I can’t remember his name) but my man was there at the front holding a sign with my name, very friendly and welcoming, vito mercs were excellent transportation, organised to pick me up and had Hubert for my return journey, again he was very friendly and had a great conversation with him the whole journey, I took his number as I want to rebook with them for there brilliant service for when I come back in may, Hubert recommended great spots and locations for next time, can’t fault this service one bit! We did not use the transfer that we’d paid for because our flight was cancelled due to fog. Disappointed because we missed our trip.

Unfortunately, the situation was caused by severe fog at Kraków Airport, which resulted in your flight being diverted to another airport approximately 300 km away. This was entirely beyond our control. Our driver arrived at Kraków Airport at the scheduled time and only then was informed that the flight would not land there as planned. According to the information available to us, you arrived in Kraków early in the morning, around six hours after the original scheduled landing time. As the transfer was booked for a specific arrival time and location, and no updated arrival details were provided, it was not possible for us to carry out the pickup under these circumstances. We fully understand your frustration related to the weather disruption; however, we kindly believe that the one-star review does not fairly reflect the service provided, as the situation was not caused by any fault on our side.
