ミュンヘン発ザルツブルクと湖水地方日帰りツアー

This was a great trip and a very fun day. I especially enjoyed the boat ride and our tour guide, Melanie, was also excellent. The only thing I regret is that we didn't have some more time in Salzburg. This was partly due to the German Highway Police deciding to perform a random level 2 inspection on our tour bus enroute to Salzburg (not anyone's fault, just bad luck). Aside from that, this tour was great. Just be sure to make the most of your time in Salzburg. I recommend a quick lunch so that you have more time for sightseeing and shopping. There are plenty of takeaways and street vendors in town with excellent food.

We had a wonderful day: we had a whistle stop tour of Salzburg and a lovely boat trip on St Wolfgang lake. It did feel a little rushed at times, but we still enjoyed it. A taster session leaving us definitely wanting to come back. Deepak was informative and enthusiastic about the sights.

Excellent a must but the guide really meh

This was my second tour this week through Viator tours. Unfortunately, this tour guide did not measure up. He was unorganized, did not ensure everyone had the same information, talked only to those closest to him and did not wait to be sure people knew where they were to meet. He also did not ensure people stayed with him at all, and easily left people behind when going around corners in crowded areas. Once the return meeting time and location was set, at some point after the tour departed, he changed the meeting time. People were left behind at a tour stop. His inability to communicate clearly impacted the quality of the tour. While the sights were great, it would have been helpful to know that he was not giving a tour of Salzburg, but simply dropping us off in the center of town and meeting up with us later. Very disappointed to find that he was simply a voice on the bus, and not in the city. If this had been my first experience with this company, I would not recommend this guide to anyone.

Very beautiful excursion to Salzburg and Lake Wolfgang. The boat tour is not included in the price. The guide Melodie, given that the excursion was in English, was very attentive to the Hispanic passengers so they could correctly understand all her explanations and accompanied the group to provide guidance on the best places to visit. She was very kind, pleasant, and professional

Melanie was fabulous. She coordinated all the details for the day. It made the trip so enjoyable and stress free. She shared tons of information, so knowledgeable about the area and history. Tahnks!

It was an excellent trip. In Salzburg, after the orientation walk we did have free time. Although it was close to 2 hours to do everything you'd like to do feels a little rushed. Lots to look at!

Jaqui tells good stories about all we are seeing. She is very entertaining. She is also helpful with tips on how to enjoy the visit.

It’s a long, long day but we enjoyed every second of it! Hanna was our guide, and kept us engaged through her incredible history. The boat ride ride at the end isn’t mentioned, but certainly added to a wonderful day. Gorgeous country side.
