So all in all a person who should do a different job than working with people. Speaking Spanish would not have been the problem. his car number is 9449 MVP, do not book through Tripadvisor, at the airport a taxi costs fixed price 33 euros, at Tripadvisor 10 euros more and then this service! Too bad we had to pay in advance, otherwise we would not have waited!

We were left lying at the airport, when we got picked up we missed the train and had to spend hotel night plus transfer plus diet and despite contacting them on numerous occasions we were not given any solution, except an attempted scam with a payment in b for taking us to our final destination that we never made.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE - the main reason I use these type serice is so when I get off the plane in a foreign country someone is waiting with my name on a sign to help navigate airport and getting to my hotel. This was not the case with this company, I sent several messages via WhatsApp, after 40 min I finally got a response. She said the driver was on her way and about another 15-20. She then said I should proceed to the Uber pickup point. really, if I wanted uber type service then I would have used Uber. Driver finally showed up at the pick up point. Car was dirty and small. When we arrive to the hotel. She didn’t pull upto the hotel, yet parked across the street to drop me off. Which meant I had to cross a busy street with luggage to get to the hotel. A taxi, or uber or any other service would have dropped me off in front of the hotel. aviator does a bad job betting these companies. I would have been better and cheaper to hire a taxi

Jorge was a great drover. He was communicating with me from the day before and gave us perfect directions of where to meet him.

Did not use it the meeting spot was 30 minute walk away at a different terminal I ended up using a UBER.

Delighted that they were so flexible when the airline rescheduled me one day and then changed flight numbers and times. Nice to find my driver waiting for me. Thank you.

We had our tour today with Ruiz, Oscar, and Carlos. Today was one of the best tours we have ever taken. The staff were on time, informative, very kind. Made sure everyone stayed together and got a good view of all the buildings as well as in-depth history. I would definitely recommend this tour but more importantly, I would definitely recommend this staff.

The driver, Luis was very kind to wait for us while we had problem locating our luggage. He even showed us where to get a simcard for our phone.
