This was a perfect, stress-free way to do a day in Ha Long Bay. Our guide and driver picked us up promptly from our hotel at the designated time - our SUV was very comfortable and the AC was perfect. Our guide layed out the plans for the day ahead of time, so no surprises. We arrived a bit early for our boat and stopped at the Pearl Center - we're usually not big fans of these kinds and of stops, but it was interesting and relatively low pressure, and a very good coffee stop at the end. The actual cruise far exceeded our expectations - we had a whole boat to ourselves, the crew was super nice and the Vietnamese lunch was outstanding. The islands are truly spectacular - the boat sails at a leisurely pace, the waters are very calm. Great photo opportunites on all sides of the boat. Due to the heat, we chose to skip the optional kayak section and proceeded to Thien Cung Cave, which was one of the best cave experiences we have ever had. The cave is huge and beautiful, with many interesting formations. Further, the passage ways are well lit and well maintained, a huge plus for safety. Overall, great day - excellent guide, spectacular scenery, great food! Highly recommend, especially if you don't want to stuck in a large group setting.

Wonderful day trip which should not be missed. Great driver from Hanoi to Halong Bay and a fabulous tour guide throughout our drive and boat tour. We could not gave asked for a better day and it exceeded our expectations. Bravo !!!.

The tour with Johnny was beyond our expectations. Picked up right on time from our Hanoi hotel forr a morning cruise of Ha Long Bay, Johnny was incredibly knowledgeable and provided a great light touch as a guide. The boat and tour of the Bay was incredible and the lunch provided has been one of the food highlights of our trip to date. We went with 2 kids ages 15 and 12. We had a fun experience on the private tour. Our guide, Hien, was kind and informative. The pickup was on time and smooth. The car was comfortable. We stopped by some pearl farm on the way the. Reached Halong Bay around noon. The boat and crew was good- it was a 48 person tour boat but just 4 of us on board. We had lunch on board which was tasty- mostly seafood . We saw various rock formations and kayaked through some caves, then visited another cave which was the largest and required an easy walk up some stairs to get to. Halong Bay is rather far from Ha Noi but the drive is mostly along the new highway so it’s manageable. Overall a fun experience.

We had an amazing time with Selina on our private day trip to Ha Long Bay! She was very informative and took her time in explaining things to us. Made the tour very fun and exciting. The tour is great value for money. We really enjoyed the cruise, we were the only 2 people on the boat by chance. There was lots of food provided to us for lunch we were so full! And we had the most fun kayaking in the bay. I would highly recommend this tour for families or couples wanting a private and fun day trip to Ha Long Bay!

We had a great day with Trong and our boat captain and his crew. The hospitality on the boat was amazing. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The sites were stunning.
