タオルミーナとナクソスの海からほんの数歩のところで、シチリアのピザとカノーリの作り方を学ぶ料理教室よりも良いものは何でしょうか? 「シチリアーノ ファミリー」と一緒に、各料理の風味を高め、イタリアとシチリアを世界に有名にする新鮮な地元の食材の使い方を学びます。 シェフ ミモと一緒に、パキーノ トマト、バジル、オレガノ、オリーブ オイルなどの地元の食材を使ったピザや典型的な「ブルスケッタ」の作り方を学びます。 地元の素晴らしいパティシエであるシチリア人の父と一緒に、有名なカノーリを作り、カノーリを世界で最も有名なシチリアのデザートにするウエハースとクリームの準備の秘密を学びます。 また、シチリアでは「キアッキエレ」と呼ばれ、カーニバルで人気の典型的なお菓子「天使の羽」の作り方も学びます。 そして、地中海に面したテーブルに全員が集まり、リモンチェッロの試飲とともに、自分の作った料理を楽しみます。

We booked this cooking class as part of our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Everyone was super friendly in our group and Chef Mimmo and his mother were friendly, sweet, and informative. They made the class fun, engaging, and a memorable experience! We were a group of two and there were two other small groups, which made the class feel like the perfect size. Highly recommend this class for couples, small groups, or even a family. Thank you for such a beautiful experience for our time in Taormina!
We all enjoyed this activity, especially the kids, since it was very hands on. The family was so kind and helped us every step of the way.

This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily! As a family, we learned how to make authentic pizza and cannoli from scratch, and everything was absolutely delicious. Our chef, Mimmo, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and easy to follow. He shared his passion for Sicilian cooking, and we learned so much while having a wonderful time together. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Sicily. It’s a fun, authentic, and unforgettable experience!
Our pizza, chiacchiere and cannoli cooking experience with Mimmo and his family was a highlight of our trip to Sicily. Mimmo was warm, knowledgeable and shared plenty of tips and techniques while making the experience fun and interactive. We loved preparing an authentic Sicilian feast from scratch, and everything was absolutely delicious. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality—we highly recommend this experience!

Really enjoyable class I would definitely recommend to anyone, we were picked up in Taormina and taken into Giardini Naxos by transfer. On arrival there was wine and water on the table followed by some bruschetta then it was onto the cannoli and pizza making, my husband managed to mess up his first pizza dough much the the enjoyment of the chefs mum.
Wonderful experience! Our family of 5 which included kids 18,16, and 11. We got to make and cook our own pizza and cannoli. Real chef and family restaurant and it was so informative and fun! We all loved our pizza and we were so full we are having to wait to enjoy our connoli tomorrow!
Great class; quality ingredients. Both the Pizza and Canoli tasted great. Restaurant was in Naxos - nice to see another town.
