BEaWARE... I prepaid for this shuttle service, upon arriving to Cancun, this shuttle service DEMANDED that I pay an additional $80 for the trip. After speaking with 2 "managers" and showing proof of prepayment, they stated unless I pay the additional money they had no choice other than leaving us (our group of 4) at the airport with no chance of refund for original payment. I had placed the correct Hotel information in on this site and got the initial price of shuttle service which got prorated after placing address. Through Viator, this shuttle service offered a "discount" for early planning and prepayment... Hah!!! but when we arrived, ta-dah pay more money NOW or get left behind. Initially cost of service approximately $92, ending up being $180 round trip for a 31 mile trip WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE TIP. Absolutely ridiculous pricing even with our worlds current gas pricing issue. Unfortunately, "THEY" got ya where they want ya in a foreign country. BE AWARE...

Promptful Driver, arrived 30mins early to Cancun and Driver was already there to pick up from airport. Booked round trip and Driver was already at hotel at pickup time, so we did not encounter wait time.

Communication was clear and the vehicles were clean. The driver was on time and I will be using them again in the future

I booked a round trip from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen using this tour in error. I should have selected to Playa del Carmen. I was contacted by tour operator to correct it and of course, I needed to pay more money. After researching it with other carriers this one was the better deal so we paid the difference in cash. They also let us add another couple at the last minute at no additional charge. The operator was very helpful and polite. The drivers(both way, Adrian & Francisco) were early and very polite. On the way there he kindly stopped at a convenience store for us. I would use them again.

Wonderful service. One tip though, remember the name of the secondary travel company that is providing your transportation, as it it differ than the booking agency. Otherwise, everything was very good. Nice smooth ride with a great driver.

⚠️ Don’t trust this service. I booked my ride a month in advance. The night before my trip, they WhatsApped me saying the price was wrong and I had to pay an extra $80. I agreed and told them I’d pay it. But when I arrived at the airport, they never showed up. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve been to Mexico several times, and I would recommend using Amstar or taking an official airport taxi instead. It’s much safer and more reliable and also cheaper.Don’t waste your time or money with this service.
