Cancellation not even 12 hours notice, you talk about a bad service to be written to choose a new activity quite simply, when you should know that we can not book at less than 12 hours notice another activity for the next day when this was our last day. But we when we got sick can't cancel without losing all our money last time we do business with your department. And I would never recommend you to anyone.

The tour was informative and lots of fun. Alejandro our driver was focused and drove us safely to/from my hotel. Tour guide Edwin was funny, pleasant, and very informative.

Booked this tour specifically for the Tulum Ruins and Chaak Tun Cenotes. We were taken to neither of those places because Tulum Ruins is under maintenance and they reached out to say they’ll take us to Coba Ruins instead. I agreed since they said the cenote would stay the same but once we did the tour, we were taken to a different cenote I definitely would have never booked this tour if I knew. It was basically an outdoor spring which was not jaw dropping like the indoor caves. The tour guide was really great, but would not have booked this tour if we knew neither of the locations we booked this tour for was going to happen. Viator won’t give a refund either

As you mention, due to maintenance, the Tulum ruins were off limits for a couple of days and we had to reach out to all of our valued guests to offer a great option, which are the Coba Ruins. With this change of venue, we must adjust other parts of the tour in order to make it as smooth as possible and thus, a temporal change of Cenote was also needed in order to keep this full day experience as smooth and easy as possible.
