On the last day of the rental the Di2 battery dies and I can’t shift anymore and had to go my foot. No support from the shop and no price discount ! Very disappointed. The pickup service would cost 70€ and the service time from the shop is very short. So not a good rental shop !!

I spent a week on a self-guided cycling trip starting from Split, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Right from the beginning, Miljenko was incredibly helpful (thank you!) — he made the booking process easy and answered every question I had, no matter how small. The hybrid bike I rented was in great shape and handled really well the whole time. They also included a spare tube, a pump, and a repair kit, which gave me extra peace of mind while I was out riding. After dealing with some pretty disappointing rental experiences elsewhere in Europe, Bike Rental Croatia was such a relief. It really felt like they cared about making sure I had a good trip, and that made all the difference. :) Highly recommended!

A group of us went on a 7-day cycling tour of the Croatian islands. We wanted better bicycles than the hybrid bikes that were offered by our tour operator. We arranged to rent 4 aluminum gravel bikes from Bike Rental Croatia. Our total rental cost including delivery was not much more what the tour operator charged for their hybrid bike rental. The bikes were delivered on on a Saturday in Dubrovnik the morning of our departure. The delivery location was very close to the port which worked well for us. The bikes fit our needs well and worked perfectly all week. Upon arriving in Split the following Saturday, we returned the bikes to Bike Rental Croatia's offices which are walking distance from the port. All communications and arrangements were via email and WhatsApp. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

The staff and the bikes were very, very good. Five star service for admin, quality of bikes and routes. A warm welcome too. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and want a quality bike. Hired an ebike as part of the package and this was particularly of good value Thanks again to Edita and gang.

Bike Rental Croatia was awesome to deal with! Most people want guided or self guided tours. We just wanted bikes & panniers and our own game plan! No problem! Got it all set up ahead of time! Even picked up the bikes on a Sunday (usually they are closed). We arranged to drop off the bikes in Dubrovnik and have our extra luggage delivered too (for an extra fee). Worked out perfectly! Thank you for making our trip amazing!
