We had a lovely ride around Cannes with a great driver Franke who was a very friendly and informative driver. He took photographs so that we could remember our great experience. We had no problem finding the pick up point and Franke was there waiting at the specified time. Would definitely recommend it if you call at Cannes like we did on a cruise.

We were given a meeting spot and the driver showed up at a different spot. He told us he had another tour aafter so we had to go to him quickly to not eat into our time. We insisted that he pick us up since it would take us much longer to walk to him than for him to get to us. I confirmed with our email that we were in the right spot. He did not apologize. Was rather uninterested and cold. Hardly shows us anything. He just stopped in a couple of places and took a few iPhone photos with our phone. That was it for the tour. Maybe we e just got unlucky with the driver but it was disappointing and extremely overpriced for what we got.

The confirmed pickup location was in front of the Martinez Hotel, but you were waiting at the Casino Barrière, which is unfortunately outside our authorized pickup zone. Even so, our driver went out of his way to come to your location to avoid cancelling the tour, despite having another scheduled experience right after. We’ve also spoken with him directly , he’s known for being professional and courteous, and he mentioned doing his best to make the tour pleasant within the available time. We’re sorry if this wasn’t reflected in your perception that day. We always aim to deliver a warm, memorable experience in Cannes, and we truly regret that you left disappointed. Pickup was smooth, the driver was early and communicated at all times. The drive was a lot of fun. We got to see a lot of Cannes and truly enjoyed it.
