In one word terrible, on money-hungry types, a lunch to cry! Info on website does not correspond to reality work

I've never seen anything like it. The bus was completely outdated. The boat, too. The weather was not so great that day and that's why the tarpaulins were down on the bus and on the boat, you couldn't see anything. There was no information about the sights, the schedule or animation. It was boring and dirty. You can't see anything about Manavgat and the bazaar is overpriced and the sellers are intrusive. Wouldn't book it anymore. Not recommended!

I receive a message to be ready and by the gates at 8.45am the day before my booked trip. On the day I was ready and waiting by the gate from 8.35 having gotten up early and made the effort to get ready for the day planned ahead only to receive a cancellation email at 8.41am. Frustrated and let down is an understatement if I had received the cancellation notice in good time I would not have had a problem as I understand that sometimes it’s inevitable but in this case I have no sympathy. Big let down

Didn’t really enjoy this trip, You had to choose between the markets or waterfall and we didn’t do both. I felt it was a bit unorganised.

What do you want slices if everything was great . Top price performance . Have a lot of fun . Staff top. Food good .

Vertrau means, if I am correct, something like 'trust'. Well: we were thinking about a boat trip. However, the weather forecast was bad and we were hesitating. The middle aged bald man with moustache said: no problem, if the weather is bad, you can cancel and get a full refund. So, a few days later, a day before the trip, the weather was indeed horrible with pouring rain all day long. My youngest daughter of 7 already had a cold, so we decided that it was better to cancel. Unfortunately, the bald man with the moustache, refused to give us our money back. When we refused to accept this, he first left the room, then started shouting and then came very close to me as if he was going to beat me up. All of this happened in front of my distressed children. In the end, he literally threw half of the money back to me, ripped the receipt in pieces and stormed out of the room. As this scene was going on for almost an hour already, we decided it wasn't worth more of our time, so we left. Nothing more to add...

Do not book!! The driver was very rushed, drove like crazy and was not nice. The boat trip was awful. First sailed in a direction where there was nothing to see and then sailed back for no reason. There was no waterfall as it says. You sail between the poverty where there is really nothing to see. Then you have 1 hour of free time in the middle of no where where, there is nothing to see or experience and then an it was so boring. It was also not the boat in the picture!! It was a little old dirty boat. The other tourists didn’t like it as well. We didn’t eat the lunch, it was made in a very dirty kitchen, the walls were dirty

Waste of time getting up early as they never showed up at our hotel. Had emailed, but they chose to ignore it. Can’t blame the weather as it was a Sunny. Most vendors ask for your room number on arrival to contact if case anything goes wrong, these didn’t so that should have wrung alarm bells. Pay a bit more to an excursion company that will actually offer to respond to communication and will pick you up. Or have your day ruined by this lot!
