This was a great tour! Dan was very knowledgeable, and we were able to see various birds as well as manatee and dolphins! Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend!
It was amazing. Our guide (Dan) was very knowledgeable and personable. He taught us a lot we did not know and brought us to several areas to see dolphins and manatees. We were even able to see the dolphins having a little fun. A young one was throwing a stick around and chasing it. And they were even jumping next to the boat in the boat wake. We were lucky enough to be the only two people on our boat so we were treated to a very personalized experience. It was well worth every dollar. We highly recommend the experience!

Thank you for the 1 star. This affects our ranking a lot. It clearly states if we do not meet a minimum # of passengers we may cancel the tour. Unfortunately you booked our activity during the slowest time of year and sometimes we have to cancel the tour. Running a tour under minimum capacity means we will loose $$ paying for labor and gas therefore we would go out of business. We always offer an option to reschedule on a tour that meets the minimum, you declined. Remember you did receive a full refund. Sorry for your disappointment. we would love to operate all of our scheduled tours.

Bad experience
Captain Devon was cocky, talking to a bird that we did not care about. Did not talk about the eco system. Did not see any dolphins. Not a good experience and complained about the other companies. Would not recommend

I'm not sure you are reviewing the correct tour and company, as we do not have a Devon that works for us or ever had. If we did we would defiantly address this as far as attitude. Always keep in mind that dolphins are wild animals and tour operators can not guarantee sightings 100% of the time. We can not control when and where they will be. Tour operators can just go to the areas they are the majority of the time.

Best cruise in Ft Myers
Dan was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area. We learned lots about different wildlife as well as history of different homes on the water.

Fun on the water at Ft Meyers Beach.
Capt. Dan was very knowledgeable about the area. And what had happened with the hurricane, we got to see dolphins and manatees and provided cold drinks. The ship was clean and had good music playing. We would book again if we came back to fort Meyer's beach.

The captain took the boat out even though the weather report clearly showed lightning and thunder starting at about the same time we were due to leave. We had to rush back to shore because it was lightning out and very j safe. We had about half the excursion. When I requested a 50% refund I was declined. Instead I was given 25% back. We paid for 10’peoe and our cost was $650. That’s a tremendous amount to pay for half a trip and being in harms way.

We apologize for your disappointment. We take safety very seriously and do not operate when lightning is within our operating area. It is very common for there to be rain and storms inland and not on the coast. We continually monitor the conditions via several apps. At the time of departure it looked to be a typical day in SWFL with storms inland bet not reaching the coast, unfortunately part of the way through the tour predictions changed and we proactively returned to port prior to any safety risks. As per your request we did offer you to go earlier in the day prior to any storms starting but you then changed your mind to stay with original time. I at that time warned you the chance of completing the whole tour would decrease. As with most operators if they complete any part of the tour they do not offer any refund. We did give a 25% refund and offered rescheduling options, most operators do not offer either.

Come for the wildlife, stay for the real estate!
We had a great time with Captain Dan! Very easy going and great with the kids. Our trip was off to a slow start in seeing wildlife but Capt was able to pull off a memorable dolphin sighting and got one of the babies to “hitch a ride” with us! So cool! All in all, a great day on the water & even if you don’t get to see a to. If wildlife, you will see some STUNNING real estate! 😍
