We had such a great time! We escaped sweaty from the adrenaline. A huge thank you to Sam and our zombie Michael for being excellent hosts. So many great mechanics to work through, would recommend this experience to anyone who loves escape rooms.
We are thrilled you had a great time being Trapped in a room with a Zombie! You kind comments have been passed on to the team and are greatly appreciated.
I booked this experience for my nephew who had just graduated and it was a surprise. On the day of the booking I received an email explaining due to electrical faults at the venue my booking will need to be cancelled or rearranged. Unable to arrange another date and venue was unsure when they will be open again and no dates working with the people in the group I requested for a refund. It has now been over a month and I have still not received my refund! Initial emails all regarding my refund were answered with "I'm really sorry, I will chase this up with head office" to "refunds will take 30 days" to it now being over 30 days and no correspondence and no refund! I would not recommend this place, as when something goes wrong they are not doimg anything to rectify it and this is just plain and simple day light robbery!!!
Your refund was processed on 4/03/24. We are sorry it took a couple more days than we expected when we first spoke with you. Unfortunately, the fault we experienced last much longer and caused more disruption to our small business than we could have anticipated and we have been processing refunds as fast as we can whilst trying to keep to our 30 day policy. Again, we are sorry we missed this on this occasion by a couple of days but we were dealing with your request which has now been processed and our team have been in touch with you accordingly.
It was birthday gift for 12 year old and he loved it! It was customised for 12 and 10 year old!! It was good fun for everyone!!
Our zombie does like the occasional snack... We are so pleased it was a hit for both kids and parents alike. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a kind review, we really appreciate it.
This was very challenging but very fun! The zombie was terrifying. I would definitely recommend for a thrilling experience. There's only a few things you can do where 'fun' and 'screamed a lot' can be said in quick succession! We are thrilled you had a great time and really appreciate you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We were trapped in a small room with a zombie (great acting and makeup) and had to solve puzzles to escape... Needless to say we didn't make it, but we were close!! Good fun.

Amazing experience! Neil our zombie was a hell of an actor. He made the experience feel so realistic. We laughed, we screamed and loved every minute! Our escape room guide was brilliant too! Would definitely recommend! Thank you for a great experience!

Room was great, Billy the zombie was great, love the plot and puzzles are at the right level, not too hard to the point we got bored, but not too easy and we needed alot of tips to get through.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. We look forward to seeing you for another adventure soon!
Brilliant experience for birthday party with seven 13 & 14 year old girls. Shout out to the great team there, especially Molly and Robbie who were awesome throughout. Unforgettable!
We are so pleased to hear your daughters birthday treat was a hit! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. We look forward to seeing you for another adventure soon.
Tried this room with friends and Neil (host) & Rob (zombie) were incredible actors. Made the room a serious challenge as the zombie element really does make you have to think throughout and stay alert. Adds an element of pressure - really did make it quite unique from the rooms I have tried before. Certainly would recommend to all!
Nothing puts the pressure on quite like the fear of being eaten alive! We are so pleased to hear you had a great time playing and have passed your lovely feedback to Neil and Rob. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
