Cancelled 2 times due to “weather”. A little frustrating when the morning trips left on all occasions and you’re pretty sure they cancelled due to poor numbers. 2 very disappointed daughters! Company easily could have communicated with us to do the morning cruise.

Once we were able to get in the water we were told you needed to be an intermediate or advanced swimmer because the turtles would be in an area 100 yards away from the boat. This deterred several people in our party so they never got to see any turtles. I feel like that should have been stated in the booking or the boat should have docked closer (there was another boat closer). Overall, it was good and the guides were great and we saw several turtles I just felt bad for the people in our party that didn’t get to see them.

The crew was great! Very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. We saw several turtles during our snorkel then got to enjoy a catamaran ride and drinks too. We highly recommend them!

Excelllent communication. Our original tour date was cancelled and we were offered a full refund or we could rebook for another day. Glad we rebooked. The experience was perfect. The tour guides were friendly and professional.

Fantastic crew and captain (captain nick, crewmates nick, and mike?). They quite literally sprang into action when a passenger got injured in the water by a jelly fish. I have never felt more safe, secure, and well taken care of during this excursion. I’d would use this company with this crew anytime time I’m back again on the island. Great experience and fun!

We had an AMAZING time! The crew were awesome and accommodating. But, snorkeling with the turtles,and all the different types of fish around us, was unbelievable!! We had an added surprise on our way back in when dolphins started swimming with the catamaran next to us, and then in front of ours! It was the highlight of our week on Oahu! HIGHLY recommend!!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Great value.

Convenient location, but serious safety concerns. We chose this company because we were staying at the Hilton and the on-site departure was very convenient. Unfortunately, I did not feel safety was a priority once we were in the water. There was roughly one guide for every 10 snorkelers, no guide or rescue board watching from behind, and everyone was basically left to keep up on their own. The biggest concern came when my wife developed severe leg cramps in the water. I had to help swim her back to the boat myself, and when we got there, our guide was already on the boat taking a shower. In my experience with other snorkeling companies, guides stay with the group until everyone is safely back aboard. If you have children, inexperienced swimmers, or novice snorkelers, I would choose another excursion. There are plenty of other turtle snorkeling options in Waikiki that provide much closer supervision.

This was a great experience. We saw many turtles and too many beautiful fish to count. The crew was great. The only criticism I have is that the lunch could have been a little more substantial given the price of the experience.
