Full Day: Mostar and Kravice Waterfalls from Dubrovnik
Nice small group tour. Vehicle nice and clean. Driver/tour guide Nowak was very professional. On time. Weather hot in Mostar, other than that area was nice. Kravice Waterfalls amazing. Full day tour, we were drop off same place as the pickup. Would recommend this small group tour. Excellent driver/guide. Easy to understand.

Beautiful Bosnia
We paid £125 for a family of 4, I felt this was exceptional value for a full day trip. Included in the price was private car transfers to and from the main coach.
Carmen the tour guide did an amazing job of telling us the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the journey and also was really clear on timings throughout the trip.
Mostar was a really beautiful town, and you could culturally feel the difference from Croatia, it was fun to shop in the market. My advice would be to plan your time, we ended up eating on the go but some of the food looked good and was reasonably priced. The prices in Bosnia were certainly much cheaper than Dubrovnik.
We then went to the waterfalls, again had an amazing time swimming and enjoyed a beer at one of the bars, they only take cash but accept euros. Again time was quite tight so you need to be prepared in advance to maximise your time.
We then drove back via the coast. We had a fantastic trip and definitely felt it was worth the experience.

An excellent and cheap excursion!
An excellent excursion! The value for money is incredible. For a very reasonable price, the experience exceeded all my expectations. They are punctual.
Our guide, Diana, was wonderful: very kind, organized, and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the region. In Mostar, the local guide was also exceptional and made the visit even more interesting. The border crossing was quiet.
I recommend this excursion 100% for those who want to see Bosnia in a single day in a comfortable, well-organized way with excellent guides. I would definitely do it again!

Disappointed
A long day of sitting in the bus. Travelled to Kravice waterfalls, it was advertised as 1 and a half hour stop. It was 1 hour 15 from the time the bus stopped until it pulled out of the carpark. This included time to get changed into bathers (women’s queues are always long), 10 minutes to walk down to the falls, 20 minutes to walk back up. It was packed with people. So we had about20 minutes to enjoy the water. More time in Mostar, which was appreciated. Then travel back to border. We sat on the bus for an hour waiting to go through passport control. Not a good way to finish the day. I’ll never do a cross border day trip again.

Overall, this was a good...
Overall, this was a good day trip, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved.
Kravica Waterfall was absolutely beautiful and was one of the highlights of the day. Mostar was also a great place to visit, and it was fun to tick another country off our list in such an easy way. However, I wish we had more time at both destinations. We only had around 1 hour 15 minutes at Kravica and 2 hours 45 minutes in Mostar, which was less than advertised and didn’t feel like enough time to properly enjoy either place.
A 50-minute guided walking tour of Mostar was offered, but we chose not to join because we wanted more free time. Since we didn’t arrive until around 1:15 pm, taking the tour would have meant eating lunch quite late and made the already limited free time even shorter.
The biggest downside is that it’s a very long day of driving (around 3 hours each way) for relatively little time at the destinations.
The tour guide and driver were helpful during the border crossing process, but there wasn’t much interaction or rapport throughout the day.
My main criticism is that we were not informed in advance that the €3 border fee and €10 Kravica entrance fee were cash only. Thankfully, we were able to borrow cash from other people on the tour, but without them we would have been in a very difficult situation. This is something that should absolutely be communicated before the tour.
It’s also worth knowing that Mostar is largely a cash-based city. While many places accepted euros, you’ll want to have cash available for meals, souvenirs, and other purchases.
Finally, the coach journey was long, so we brought snacks for the ride, only to be told we couldn’t eat on the bus and that only bottled drinks were allowed. It would have been helpful if this policy had been made clear before departure.
Overall, the destinations themselves made the trip worthwhile, but better communication and allowing more time at each stop would have made for a much better experience.

Brilliant Day
Absolutely brilliant trip from start to finish.
We were picked up from our hotel in Cavtat and headed first to Mostar in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Our driver, Daf, was outstanding throughout the day – a safe and professional driver with excellent knowledge of the region, its history, and local culture. He shared fascinating information along the journey, which really enhanced the experience.
The border crossing was quick and hassle-free, with Daf ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
On arrival in Mostar, we were introduced to a local guide who spent around 30 minutes giving us a tour of the city and its history. It was the perfect introduction before we had several hours to explore at our own pace. Mostar is a beautiful and fascinating city, and we really enjoyed our time there.
Our next stop was Kravice Waterfalls, which were simply stunning. The scenery was breathtaking, and swimming beneath the waterfalls was an unforgettable experience. It is an absolute must visit destination if you’re in the area.
Overall, it was a fantastic day and a very well-organised. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Dubrovnik area who wants to experience a little of neighbouring Bosnia & Herzegovina.
We travelled with our two children, aged 4 and 8, and they both really enjoyed the day despite some longer periods in the minibus. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of toilet stops along the way. Border crossings were straightforward and caused no issues.
A special mention must go to Daf, who was an exceptional driver and tour leader. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly nature made the day even more enjoyable. A truly memorable experience and some wonderful family memories made.

Mostar and Falls
We had a lovely day. Our guides were lovely and knowledgeable. Swimming in the falls was fab. Seeing the pictures in the War museum was very emotional. Lovely country lovely people. I would go again but in a much smaller group. This would save a lot of time at boarder control. More time is needed at the falls

Underwhelming
The waterfalls were beautiful, and the bridges of monstar were very impressive. The journey too Bosnia was very long and the guide on the coach was extremely boring and underwhelming. The amount of time in monstar wasn’t enough too truly explore, sea or experience the culture or bosnia and it was very expensive trip for what it was .
