2nd experience several years apart and still as well. Small group, pro coaches and very nice. A good approach to know some basics of Muay Thai.
Was a great class! We were trained hard and shown great techniques! Was great exercise and was in a little studio with a great view. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area
was great to learn the basics in a small class! instructor has a lot of knowledge and great at fixing technique
Teachers were wonderful and supportive, learnt so much in an hour. Would want to go again if we have time.
There were 4 of us with 2 coaches. Very nice experience, very sporty too! They teach us the basics of striking with fists and legs. To do again
Great and exhausting workout! I was lucky to be the only participant, so the trainer could focus on making me breathless with a multitude of exercises. I practiced punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and dodges. Gloves, tapes, and water were provided. I really recommend this as a good sport activity.
Class gave us a great basics to Thai boxing, which neither of us tried before. Great core, legs and arms exercise! Your calves will be sore the next day :-) Would do it again.
