Great experience! Driver was very friendly and Informative of events and places to eat thru the city.
Our driver was a no-show. I tried calling and texting him but he never responded so I tried calling the tour operator at the numbers provided. No answer and no way to reach anyone. Very disappointing way to start our trip.
Driver was there on time and was very friendly. She gave of some history and recommendations as we were driving to our hotel.
It was a wonderful experience and everyone visiting NOLA should definitely plan to use this service.
Driver didn't help with bags and no child seat like we had requested. Car was beaten up, not a 'luxury transfer'.

The driver didn’t show up and the phone number provided at booking did not work. I tried emailing three days ahead to confirm and was never contacted back. The driver called me about three hours after we had found an Uber and made it to town.

We specifically selected this airport pickup because we were to be met by the driver at baggage claim and we have a handicapped family member, so we needed this. The driver NEVER came into baggage claim and we searched and searched for him. Tried calling - no answer. He never left his car to meet us and because we couldn't find him, he left for another pickup and we lost our ride. Do NOT book this tour if you want your driver by baggage claim - he won't be there!
My aplogies for your experience. The standard wait time is 40 minutes after landing. The driver waited inside by luggage claims 1.25 hours for you. He had to be released for another trip. The notes did not reflect the need for handicap accessibility.
