Our driver/guide Porfirio was extremely helpful and courteous. Pickup was exactly at the time agreed, and the drive, although long, was pleasant. We were very comfortable in the vehicle. He guided us through the different areas of the park and highlighted some of the coolest features. The place itself is beautiful and well maintained.
The experience was amazing and I loved how we could choose how long we stayed at each place. Our driver was knowledgeable and amazing, the car ride was nice.
If you are set on visiting and don’t have a group, this is the way to go! The drive from CDMX to Tolantongo is long and very uncomfortable. Husband and I did this private tour. Vehicle was comfy, air conditioned and we could sleep most of both the trip in both directions. Tour guide was super friendly, very helpful and had great English! Tour guide also let us go at our own pace and have our space. No issues, and the trip was about as comfortable as could be. Make sure to bring waterproof phone cases and water shoes, and cash pesos! 10/10 would recommend!
