Wonderful tour guides. HOWEVER, the company needs to get a grip. I was at the correct location by 1:45 for a 2pm trip. I call and receive no response and ask several people and at 2:10 I finally hear a phone call. They said are you at the right place- I said yes. And he said what’s your name and told me they must have already called me and left. I said that’s impossible and he said oh they rescheduled you because you said it was ok. I said I have no record of that. He said they definitely WhatsApp you I have nothing to tell you. I’m sorry what!!! I wish they would have been communicative seeing all the tours go by.
We were with Capitan Hugo. He was amazing and gave lively commentaries during the around 75 minute trip. The were a group of 2 as a part of the total of 10 in the boat in 4-4-2 configuration. I would say everyone has a fair opportunity to enjoy the view. It was an enjoyable experience, value for money and is recommended.

A fantastic trip from start to finish!! The guide was very knowledgeable and approachable. The trips are designed for small numbers (about 12 on our trip) so it was easy to ask questions throughout. The pick-up point was easy to find and the timings were exactly as described. 1 hour 15 was perfect to see the amazing caves.
