Phil was phenomenal and knew his stuff. Had props, and as someone who has been to so many of these around the nation with my spouse, he was the funniest and most charming. Was in town visiting my sister and we felt like heading to a ghost tour for the historical aspect with a little edge and we sure as heck got that. I've been coming to Baltimore for so many years, I didn't realize how much history was packed in just the harbor itself. Putting the ghost part aside, it was refreshing to sit and hear stories of the past along side a cold drink. For the ghost aspect, my spouse booked these tickets knowing we both have done ghost investigations before and Phil made this so much fun to do. We got activity through spots he had not gotten before, activity in spots he had tested out and I am sure I'll be doing this again and asking for him specifically. 10 out of 10, I would rather do this than any of those bus tours. It brought back alot of love for this city and even my sister who has lived here for years walked away knowing so much more. Thank you Phil, from a ghost hunter, this was so much fun and can't wait to come back with the rest of my ghost hunting pack with all the knowledge shared.

Phillip was so amazing! He was well researched and brought his own unique and fun touches to the tour. It was the best haunted tour I've done, all thanks to him!

Phillip was amazing! History and knowledge was great - but we booked it planking we would stop for more than 2 drinks. We thought a pub crawl would entail going into each establishment with the opportunity to buy a beverage at each.

Our guide Phillip gave us a great tour of Fell’s Point taverns, along with some fun ghost stories. I really enjoyed his knowledge of the area and his sharing stories of people that he actually knows who have experienced ghosts in the area. It’s a good time and I highly recommend the tour.

Philip was an amazing tour guide. He was extremely animated and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the walk about and the flexibility on locations to have drinks at. Philip kept us engaged and curious the entire time. Thanks Philip for showing us a spooky time in Baltimore!

Philip was our tour guide for my wife and I on my 30th birthday. We were the only ones on the tour so Philip told us up front that this would be special. Imagine our surprise when we walk out of the bar and he starts yelling at the top floor asking for the ghost to rate me while holding up his EMF detector (I did get the most activity)!! We had an absolute blast with Phillip and he really knows the history of the area. We’d highly recommend everyone to tour with him.

We had a great time. It ended up just me and my adult son and his girlfriend. This neighborhood in Baltimore is such a gem and we could have easily spent a whole day. Our guide was charming and fun and didnt rush the tour.

I booked the tour at the last minute and was the only person. Germar handled it so well, very courteous by asking me if I was comfortable all alone with him. I said of course and we had great conversations! I learned about the ghosts of Baltimore and saw cool bars! Thank you again for a really nice 2 hours!!!
