Definitely worth the time and money. Educational and fun! Glen was an excellent teacher with incredible patience. Imogine led a mixololgy session with a unique drink recipe. FUN!

Brilliant experience, Glen was really great and very informative. Despite the booking being for 2 hours we were there for almost 3 and it flew by. Gin was lovely and the masterclass was great fun. Had a glass of our own gin last night and it was gorgeous. Well worth doing.

One of the best things we did in Ireland! Glen was our host and made the experience so fun! Cannot recommend anything at Stillgarden enough!

This was such a unique experience. We loved it so much! Beautiful space, lovely staff. Diare was extremely knowledgeable and very fun. He was also quite patient with us and all of our questions. Stillgarden has such a great story and has made such an amazing impact on their community. This is one of the coolest things I’ve done on my travels ever!!! It’s an absolute must.

The whole set up is brilliant from start to finish and Jake and the team tailor your experience to exactly what you want to get out of it, for instance I was keen to gain some knowledge of the whole distilling process which I certainly did where as my wife just enjoyed having a laugh and creating a mad concocotion which im sure she will enjoy sharing with our friends when they come over First class job guys we will be back

Rather poor day out , food provided was poor and not as described . Gin quality wasn't very good . Cocktail masterclass consisted of pre provided mixers so just put in shaker and go no selection hardly a masterclass . Host was knowledgeable and informative shame he was let down by product and overall experience

My wife and I had an absolute blast at the the Gin Academy Masterclass with Raven, Jake, and Richie. The evening starts off with a welcome cocktail in their garden, followed by a guided gin tasting on which Raven walked us through 4 Stillgarden creations while delivering an informative and entertaining presentation about Stillgarden and the history of gin. After that we were turned loose on the wall of botanicals where we got to select the recipe for our own signature gin. Around then we were served our second cocktail and a wonderful charcuterie board. The board wasn't quite a whole meal for two, but it was close, definitely a substantial snack. Don't eat too big a dinner beforehand! While our botanicals were distilling, we were lead upstairs where Raven talked more about the process of gin making at Stillgarden and some of the equipment they use. We also were walked through a quick cocktail making class using in-house created ingredients. The evening ended with us getting to create the label for our one of a kind gin. Overall, this was a super fun experience that was made even more special by Raven's incredible energy and personality. It's a fun mix of education and entertainment. We've done tours that go deeper into history and we've done tours that have done deeper into the science and process of distilling. This one is a really nice balance among history, science, and fun. A really fun date or group experience. Highly recommended!

Very different spirit and distillery experience...lots of fun, hands on use of mini stills and selecting tour own botanicals
