So relaxing, will definitely be coming back ASAPPP🙏There was so much to see and so many different heated pools with activities like volleyball, wave pools, hot tubs etc. Thank you to our driver Wojtek too, he was very nice and made the journey very comfortable 🥰

the facilities are great. the organization is very efficient. it is an experience worth trying. although we went on a public holiday (1/5) and to access the Jacuzi needed a bit of waiting, everything else was immediately accessible (maybe a bit of a queue for the water slides)
3 hours goes very quickly, enjoy each second, maybe take 2 towels as we visited in the evening and therefore towels were very cold. Our guide Michael was just fabulous, very personable and provided a lot of information about krakow on the journey there.
Great trip and experience- we loved the thermal spa and our driver / tour guide was excellent - great driving (we had a slightly crazy driver on a different trip), and he was knowledgeable and amusing. We were also lucky that thermal spas weren’t that busy! The only negative is that we would have liked slightly longer in the spa - 4 hours (instead of 3) would have been perfect.
Very good organisation, everything was well planned and ran smoothly. The thermal baths themselves are a great place to relax, with a nice atmosphere and plenty of attractions. Definitely worth visiting!

It was not what we was expecting but it was amazing! So much to do, so many different areas and suitable for everyone. Could probably have done with a map lol we got lost a few times haha. We went on a night time tour, if u want views etc id go daytime we couldnt really see anything and take flip flops! Only downside was how busy it was, would have been even better if it wasnt so crowded. Would def reccomend it though.

We would also like to mention that this period is the winter holiday season in Poland. Popular and attractive places like the thermal baths tend to be very busy during this time — simply because they are truly worth visiting and loved by many guests. Potentially the facility is very nice, services excellent organizations impeccable. But you have to understand the concept of spas .. It makes me think of a place to relax and for this reason I was disappointed because it is actually a place for fun (have you ever seen a bar in the center of a thermal pool as if you were in a tourist village in Egypt ???) and a playground with slides for children; there are areas dedicated to adults, but I strongly advise against Saturday or Sunday and holidays, where the density is such that you can not even see the water in which you are immersed. If you have to go, go away from the holidays and I hope that this way you can prove me wrong. For everything else, great organization, very professional, clean services.

We would like to kindly point out that the period you chose for your visit is the busiest time of the year, with exceptionally high attendance due to holidays and peak winter season. During this time, the facility naturally hosts a large number of guests. Regarding your impression that the complex resembles a water park, we would like to note that the thermal baths are designed as a multifunctional facility. They include both relaxation zones (such as jacuzzis, saunas, and wellness areas) as well as recreational areas with slides for families and children. All these zones are clearly presented in the photos and descriptions available on our website at the time of booking. For guests seeking a quieter and more relaxing experience, we highly recommend visiting outside the peak holiday period. In particular, before December 26 or after January 6, the number of visitors is significantly lower, which allows for a much more comfortable and peaceful stay. We sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you during a less crowded period and experience the thermal baths in a way that better meets your expectations.
Walk through the shower room to get to pools it took a lot of us about half hour to find this out even after asking staff apart from this was a great time
