The morning of the visit I received a message where I was canceled the afternoon reservation and refunded within 3 days....I went in the afternoon and bought the tickets at the time
A beautiful colourful place to visit. The floral displays are a pleasure to walk around and capture your imagination. Worth a visit regardless of your age
For the expectation of the gardens that I had, the experience fell short. I have been to many gardens across this world. This equal garden in most cities is free or only asking for donations.
The traveller should know about the Butterfly city and how to get there.. If possible to have one package for both.
The tour operator was too late to give us our tickets. They should give us at least 24 hrs prior to the tour not on the day of the tour. Because I thought they didn’t send it, I had to buy another tickets at the site (Miracle Garden) the staff there couldn’t help me access my tickets.. so again I ended up buying new tickets. I need to be refunded
It's amazing amazing experience, a must try in Dubai. Such a large variety of plants, flowers, the umbrella wall, the food is pretty good too.

We never received our tickets from Viator and had to claim a refund! Very disappointing ! We had to purchase tickets at the venue
