This event is NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
When I landed in Ft Lauderdale on a Friday afternoon, the city was gridlock from flash floods and high waters. The weather app said raining all weekend. I called Viator to cancel the event. I called 26.5 hours before the event. I was put on hold and when rep on he told me it was non refundable because the agent said I was calling in his time zone which was 23 hr until the event SERIOUSLY!!! What land is 3 hrs east of Ft Lauderdale???
I pointed out to the Viator agent that THIER website said, free cancelation till 24 hr of event. He said sorry, they said no refund. Now I am letting my bank deal with MISREPRESENTION!!!

A day late, cancelled on my birthday, small uncovered boat, rained on got wet, not told it was the small boat
Ask if the boat is covered. When I booked the boat shown was covered. I booked for my birthday but Sunset cruise was canceled due to supposedly not enough people to go out.

Captain John and Amelia were awesome! Enjoyed seeing the beautiful homes and yachts and a great sunset. Had a great time, highly recommend!

Amazing views and friendly staff
The crew was friendly with beautiful views of the sunset. Nice way to enjoy an evening prior to dinner.

Water tour
The workers were very friendly, very entertaining during the ride I would recommend this for any solo person or a group setting. They were very nice.

Be prepared to get wet on...
Be prepared to get wet on the first part of the ride. I wasn't expecting that. That should have stated. Couldn't hear the guide talk. Need a better system so everyone can hear

Hi Kim, thank you for the honest feedback. We only head into the ocean portion when conditions are calm enough, but even then a little spray can come up, especially toward the back of the boat. Sunset cruise
What a great experience and absolutely beautiful sunset. The crew was great and the captain made sure that everyone had a chance to get some great pictures in.

No refund after promising
I was supposed to receive half refund for 2 tickets cancelled, no money refunded and no communication from the operator .No email came through. Some weird messaging system sent messages which could not be seen after clicking the link.No refund

We had a great time on the cruise last night.
It was inciteful. We enjoyed the ride and learning about some of the homes around and the boats. Fun was had by everyone.
