Fantastic company. Thank you so much for an amazing time. This was my sixth wonder of the world and wanted to experience it with the family. From planning / booking with them, they communicated throughout the whole process. on the day of arrival they picked us from Delhi airport on time with a traditional Indian flower which was really lovely and drove us straight to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. The journey was very smooth the Driver (Prem.) was very friendly and we got a Guide (Rual) who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped bring the Taj Mahal to light. He also took us to a wonderful restaurant and local shop to buy authentic Taj Mahal replica.. We booked the Agra fort as well, but the kids were really tired so had to head back to Delhi. overall my family had a wonderful time so thank you, Discover India. We booked a drive from Delhi to Agra including a visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with private guided tour. Already the communication from Germany via WhatsApp for planning and finally booking went excellent! The information was prompt, detailed and very clear at all times. On site, the driver Suraj picked us up on time and as agreed at the airport. The reception by Suraj was extremely friendly. The entire ride couldn't have been better. Suraj is a very good and relaxed driver, in whose car you always feel in good hands. In addition, he provided sufficient water at all times during the trip. The guided tour by the guide Shiva, who joined us on site in Agra, was also good and informative. We would book this reliable service from Discover India by Car again at any time.

I had only one full day in Delhi after staying in Kolkata for a week and I was determined to see the Taj Mahal before I left India. The private car and a guide was definitely the way to go. I arranged to be picked up at 2:30 am in order to get to the Taj before sunrise. All of my tickets for the tour were sent electronically and in hand. My the tour company and driver texted me before as well as on the day of pickup and the driver, Manish was in the hotel lobby at pick up time. The car was clean and comfortable and Manish stopped about halfway for coffee and a bathroom break at a truck/driver stop. His English was good and he checked in with me on the drive to see if I needed anything. We arrived in Agra and picked up my guide, Sudhir who was waiting for us. Manish dropped us off at the Taj and Sudhir immediately launched into our agenda and took charge of us getting through security—he had a copy of my tickets. Once through, in addition to providing history and information about the Taj, began taking pictures at various places. We were in the gardens in front of the Taj just before sunrise and got great shots. In a nice way, Sudhir kept us on a schedule taking us around and inside the Taj and surrounding structures and gardens, stopping along the way to take pictures at spots he knew were good (he has toured the Taj over a thousand times!). When finished, he took me on the Metro to Agra Fort where he repeated in form what he had done at the Taj. We took the Metro to a stop where we met Manish our driver with whom Sudhir had been talking to.From there, we all went to an artisan workshop where the made piers dura—marble inlaid with semiprecious stones—in the manner of what we saw at the Taj. Sudhir left us there after assuring me there was no pressure to buy anything. I spent a half an hour there watching the process an ultimately bought a couple of beautiful wedding gifts-no pressure involved. Manish was waiting for me when I was done. After telling him I didn’t need lunch, he indicated we could stop at a truck/driver stop in te way back—which we did and they not only had traditional Indian food, but also a KFC and a Pizza Hut.The drive back was uneventful and we arrived around 3 pm. Overall, an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Manish and Sudhir both personable and attentive in a non annoying way. Sudhir, born and raised in Agra, was well educated and knowledgeable.

Manish was excellent! He kept the two of us women (from the USA) safe, comfortable, and on time. He is a reliable and trustworthy driver, and answered any questions we had. The cars speak to each other (best way of putting it) by horn and there are no traffic rules (enforced) but Manish stayed calm, didn’t use his horn unless needed, and the rides were smooth given the variety of traffic. Arif was a wonderful tour guide! He is kind and kept us safe. He brought us us through the Taj Mahal, Baby Taj, and Agra Fort and castle with great detail (history, architecture, religion). He took wonderful photographs for us. Arif also bought us to local artisans to learn about their crafts and purchase authentic pieces if we wished ( no pressure). We learned about embroidery, jewelry, and stone sculpting (identical to the historical generational art of embedding gems into Indian marble).

This group made our trip to India amazing. I would highly recommend anyone looking to explore the Taj Mahal, Agra, or Delhi area looking to have a stress free, safe, and informative experience, to book with them. Our driver, Manish, was waiting to pick us up from the Delhi airport. He clearly communicated where he would meet us via WhatsApp prior to our arrival in India. He gave us great insight on the monuments, farms, and other culturally significant places we passed as we drove to Agra. He was always on time, and provided door to door service between all of our stops in Agra and our hotel. He was a professional at navigating the chaotic streets of India, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Our tour guide, Arif, was also excellent. We only had two nights and one full day in Agra, but he made sure we were able to see all of the monuments on our list, and geared our tour to include demonstrations of how the local art and architecture is made. He was a wealth of historical knowledge and a pleasure to be around. He helped us navigate crowded points, and new all the best photo spots in each monument. We did not have to worry about purchasing tickets for any of the sites. All of that was provided for us. The entire team at Discover India By Car was wonderful. Their communication and commitment to providing an interesting and comfortable trip set them apart. We cannot wait to come back to India and continue exploring the country’s beauty with them.

Manu was our driver for our stay in Delhi and he was excellent. He took us on a day trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal, as well as driving us for our city tour around Delhi. The car was a beautiful, comfortable new van and kept in pristine condition. Manu was so friendly, professional and helpful. This is the third time we have used Discover India By Car for visits to India and we would highly recommend them. The guides that they arranged in Agra and Delhi were both wonderful and we have a brilliant trip.
