Excellent service. Highly recommend for seamless journey. Professional drivers and cars are A+ for both to and fro journey. From airport, the driver was already waiting at arrival hall with the usual spot your name on board. No issues. Great communication via viator app to arrange pick up time for return journey from hotel to airport. Driver was early and waiting for us at the hotel before stated time. Again, smooth journey, no issues.

They were on time. Our arrival were late because I needed wheelchair. We were 15 minutes late. The driver was waiting and has his phone displayed my name. Traffic was heavy and took extra 10 minutes to the city. The departure transfer was at 4:10 AM for JFK flight at 7:20 AM. The driver was on time and we were in.a black Mercedes to the airport. Both driver were pleasant,. They are mature, tall and handsome guys!
On time, reliable and good communication. Although we had to wait almost an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently. On our way back to the airport he was at the lobby well ahead of time.

I booked a round trip reservation from Belgrade airport to city through Viator. The driver was at arrivals with my name on a board. The journey into the city was smooth and the driver careful and considerate. He helped with luggage. A professional driver. For my return journey I asked for a pick up around 5.45pm, but was told 6pm. However 45 minutes before pick up I received a call saying 5.40pm with driver name and car details. Excellent. The car arrived and was a c class business merc. The driver was brilliant. Chatty professional friendly. I would strongly recommend this company for private reasonable price transfers. Thank you
Excellent communication in WhatsApp. Our flight was 2 hours late and then it took 1.5 hours to get our luggage from Air Serbia.. All this time, the driver waited for us. The driver was also on-time to pick us up from our hotel to take us back to the airport. I highly recommend this company as they are reliable and provide an excellent service!
