Superb experience, with a clean and new car and a very knowledgeable and helpful driver. We even got an upgrade to SUV although we booked sedan category and communication was easy, efficient and super responsive. I can only recommend all the services of India saying Namaste trips.
I highly recommend this company. Communication was timely and specific and my driver was professional and very safe.

Our driver Jay was very helpful, accommodating, and excellent at navigating the traffic in Delhi and Agra. There was a slight language barrier but nothing we couldn’t figure out.

Shiv Kumar picked us up from Delhi on time and let us stop at a fruit stall and we made a quick stop to get some snacks half way through which was nice. The drive was pretty smooth until we got to Agra where he ran an errand and we were almost not dropped to our hotel. We insisted that we were dropped directly to our hotel as it was still a far way down the road especially with heavy bags and lots of people trying to sell you stuff and entice you into tuk tuks.
To, Upon discussing with Driver Just after seeing your Review , Shiv Kumar our excellent driver felt so bad too Later on we come to know all story :-- In Agra Near your Hotel Areas Their is Fair running Known as Taj mausam it happens for 10-14 days so sometimes Traffic Police and Organizers asked Drivers to stopped cars and Guests goes on own. Due to Driver was Local Agra resident so Later on Allowed Him since he First Tried asking you to go on own as its was nearby so it got issued to you but it happens with Indian ways of Road. On certain times where Driver Feel Helpless so find a way of making smooth. Founder India saying namaste Trips
Laxman at Namaste tours was really brilliant at organising our tour. His communication and explanation of our tour gave us great confidence in the company and value. Travelling with young children we needed a bit of reassurance and Laxman gave us plenty of this and made our trip effortless. The driver was really nice he stopped when we asked him to and went out of his way to help us. I couldn’t recommend these guys any more.

My wife and I recently traveled to Agra from New Delhi and booked a car through this company. Our driver, Shiv, was professional and communicated with us on where the pick up would be at the airport. The car was clean, he had snacks and bottled water for us, and was a very good driver! Would recommend this company for transfers in the northern India area!
