Noone showed up
No one showed up. I had a tour booked for 23rd March, pick up at Denpasar Cineplex. Waited 40 mins and no one showed or responded to my messages to the phone number provided

Do not use this company
Does this company still exist? I made a booking and paid online, no confirmation with the company, arrived to tour start location, waited 25 minutes… no guide arrived. Phone numbers provided do not work. One star rating for the refund being processed in a timely fashion

Guide was a No Show! Don't waste your time!
Our tour guide didn't show up. We wasted value time in Bali because the guide was a no show. We received a refund but wasted money and time traveling to Denpasar. Do NOT book!

Terrible experience
We took cab to meeting point, but tour operator never showed up. Tried to contact them with no luck. No explanation and no apology. Very difficult to get a cab back to our hotel so huge frustration and waste of time

Tour guide did not show up
The tour guide did not show up. So we wasted money on transport to and from the meeting point. Definitely not recommended.

Ultimate Bali food tour
What a wonderful way to learn and taste the local food. Diny our tour operator was so knowledgeable and always asked if we were comfortable with her suggestions. Being such a small group made travelling around the bustling Denpasar a lot easier. Highly recommend.......

The highlight of our trip
My 2 friends and I were lucky enough to be the only people booked on the tour so it was very personable, our guide Ratih was a superstar offering knowledge not just on the food but on local history and culture, the next time we come back to Bali we will be booking another food tour

A nice evening
The trip took us through some snacks and finally to the night market. I was able to try a lot - luckily everything was not necessary to eat, the leftovers were taken as "doggy bag". It was delicious and educational. The company was very nice, spoke excellent English and has reported a lot about the city and the food. I would do it again!

Excellent range of food and good value
A group of 4 of us did this tour and had a great time. We went to markets and stalls that we would not have done by ourselves. Our guide, Dee, was excellent, and gave great commentary and insights. The goat curry, beef soup, satay, were outstanding. Well worth it.
