Total scam! We booked and paid for this excursion and we were really excited. In Marrakesh we tried to message the operator for exact meeting details (there was no phone number, which should have made us suspicious) without success. No one contacted us beforehand. The meeting place was a vague address, when we arrived there was as no evident location and no one there. We waited but no one arrived so we realised we had been scammed. Our Riad hosts said this is not unusual in Marrakesh. Didn’t expect this from a Viator tour.
An unforgettable experience all very friendly and the food very good, our guide YIDIR a machine and the ALI bus driver looked like Fernando Alonso

Fatna looked after us from the start and we felt safe and cared for. The whole experience was amazing and one we will never forget. Hasan the driver was lovely and drove us with care and safety. This is a must do experience which in which we have made some awesome memories. My only suggestion is to make it clearer that this includes either the quad or the camel ride, the ticket is for one and you need to pay extra for the camel in this instance. Can’t complain though as we had a great time. Thanks to all.

We asked for Spanish guidance but it was only in English. We were notified last minute of change of time and meeting point and because we wrote first to confirm. The guide spoke to everyone in the group except us. In the middle of the activity we stopped and we had to wait because one of our groups left with the quad bike with another guy who wasn’t even from the group to tour, while everyone else waited for her to come back. The food and the activity itself was not bad, but the attention of the guide and that they have us waiting because they do other things of the group that does not enter the activity does not seem to me.
A spectacular day, four bike ride in the desert, typical dinner, very good fire show, very good quality price.
Our guide Ibrahim was friendly and attentive. The experience itself was excellent and very good value. Quad bike was fun, food was tasty and entertaining was amazing. I would definitely recommend this activity.
