Everything went smoothly…from landing to departing. Fast track was a smooth speedy process, my driver was there waiting to take us to our resort. Two days before departure we received a confirmation email regarding pick up. The driver was on time for pick up as well. Also it felt like a little excursion during pick up…the driver was very informative during the drive and telling us the history of St. Lucia. Will definitely recommend this company.

Easy to get through customs and navigate airport

My daughter and I did the fast track and round trip to our resort. Hilary was on time for all services. In addition, on the way to our resort, Hilary provided a tour of the island that was really informative. A very reliable service. Please note, the fast track is for arrival only, not for your departure.

Getting fast track saved us at least 45min to 1 hour. Someone met us as soon as we walked into the airport and aided in the process up to the point of meeting our driver. The only issue is that our driver took “backroads” which were extremely windy and if you are with anyone who has motion sickness, this will undoubtedly cause some nausea (especially if the driver is using a manual vehicle vs. automatic). Take Dramamine when you get tot he airport!

Exactly as described. Very prompt service upon our arrival despite an hour flight delay. Got through customs quickly and on the way to our hotel in no time. I use this service anytime I come to St Lucia. Very satisfied and the driver was professional and the drinks and snack on board were a plus.

Worth every penny. This was a seamless trip through customs. They walked us through every step of arriving in St. Lucia. We were in the airport less than 10 minutes. The ride to Sugar Beach was very gentle on a curvy ride. Our driver took the time to stop and point out things to us. He took us to a store to buy snacks. The car was clean and in great shape. Great service by Viator!

Expedited customs and being immediately whisked away from the airport, rather than waiting for a packed shuttle, saved me from motion sickness and got us to Sandals at least one hour earlier than everyone else on our plane. Hillary was great! Told us all about the island.

Hilarys transfers and tours were very prompt,professional. They did everything they said they would and more. Being very patient with going and coming. It felt good being treated like a VIP.

Fantastic service . Definitely worth paying for as 2 planes landed at the same time. We walked straight through passport control with our representative and once we had our bags we were escorted to the Sandals lounge where our driver from Hilary Tours and transfers met us. Had a really good trip with Jewelda to the hotel. Very comfortable car and first class driver. We would highly recommend booking this service.
