Katie Kirkpatrick is a superb tour guide. She provides well-researched information, addresses in detail the physical presence in Georgetown of the subjects she covers -such as the houses they lived at, shows pictures of them and sets the time and historical events of the period in which they lived. Katie is very knowledgeable, personable, welcoming, and inclusive. She also dresses according to the historical period she is covering, and the subject of her tour. She makes the tour to be not only informative, but also very enjoyable. She is the best tour guide we have had in our many travels.

I highly recommend the "Socialites and Spies of Georgetown" tour! The tour is a good balance of facts and fun and it's a really nice way to explore the side streets of Georgetown on foot. Katie is a great guide and is extremely knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the history of Georgetown and the amazing women who lived and maneuvered there. It was the perfect way to spend Mother's Day.
