Was on time and very nice man, van was clean and tidy and got is too the airport with no effort. Thanks.
Scheduled pick up for visit to Mykonos. A few days before arrival reached out to agency and Viator support for confirmation. I was reassured by customer support my pick up was confirmed. After arriving on island, there was no driver waiting. Reached out to agency and was told it would be 20 minutes before driver could arrive. I wouldn’t recommend.
These are the biggest rip off I have so far encounter in the over 10 years of coming to Greece…. We have been to many islands and have NEVER been charged 35 euros for a ten min taxi ride …. Avoid Avoid Avoid
The gentlemen who picked us up was professional and on-time. Offering us a little history of Athens as we drove in to our hotel.
Horrible experience. No one was at the airport to pick up me and my party. Almost impossible to get a hold of someone from the company unless went to actual companies website. Once we got someone to come pick us up (45 minutes later) the van was not luxury, hot, no air conditioning. Awful. Don’t use this company for private transfers ever
Driver was waiting for us with my name on sign as soon as we exited security from airport. Offered to carry a bar and loaded all bags into and out of vehicle. Was very polite. SUV was very nice.
The contact support was responsive. Drivers were on time and courteous. Their price is considerably reasonable.
The driver was waiting for us with a name sign. He spoke good English and was very amenable. One of the best airport transfers I have had anywhere. He found the place with google map details. There are no road signs where we were staying and the place is not near a hotel.
