Be prepared to walk. There is a lot to see and experience on this tour, and you will definitely get your steps in.
Our tour guide was excellent - she spoke (at least) Spanish and English fluently and was able to narrate for speakers of both languages together.
There are several areas you will hit, and the history is sobering. Not exactly a fun time, but very much an important one.

Tour guide was you and...
Tour guide was you and inexperienced. I fell and cut my hands and he did nkt k ow what to do. The shadow tour guide was older and wonderful and really helpful. He walked to far ahead in the tunnels and left the group behind. Not very relatable and disconnected from the arrocoties. On the return the driver decided the traffic was too heavy and he dropped us in the middle of nowhere. We had to find our way back to the hotel. The women second shadow guide who was there to learn was really nice empathetic and helpful. The main tour guide and driver were not at all.

I am slightly left guessing at some of the words you used, however, we would like to apologise, if the situations you mentioned could have been handled better by the guide. The end point of all our outside-of-Prague tours is in the city centre and is the same one as our meeting point in the morning. The drop off service is not included, therefore, the driver must have dropped you at the indicated location. -Astrid

Save your money
Been using viatour for years this is my first negative review. Bad and in professional on so many levels. Save your money and go directly to Terezín the guide was excellent!

Interesting, yet sobering
This is an exceptional tour. Our guide, Martin was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and current events. During our drive he kept us engaged with historical information as well as fun facts. I would definitely recommend this tour with Martin as your guide.

Totally disrespectful
A lot of walking
Get grouped with @ 20-30 teenagers who laugh giggle and joke the during the guided tour
Get dropped off 3/4 mile from where you get picked up
Vehicle has no air conditioning
Will never take another Viator tour
Better off taking an uber and guide yourself around

Important site, but the tour lacked depth
I have a lot of respect for the history here, but I found this particular tour to be lacking. We toured the Small Fortress, but the guide provided very little context or narrative, mostly just stating a single fact before moving on in silence. We actually ended up leaving before the tour concluded. I would recommend visiting Terezín, but perhaps explore other tour options or a self-guided route if you are looking for a more comprehensive understanding of the history.

Interesting trip
Very interesting. Our tour guide was excellent, very knowledgable, and engaging. In the fortress itself, our tour guide Martin was also top notch.

We were notified that vehicle would be at our hotel in 10 minutes Guide gave us excellent information about the Terezin on the drive & also pointed out interesting places on our drive Everything promised for tour was done Safe driving also made trip a good experience
