I would not recommend this company at all. From the beginning the driver was rude. We arrived at the airport and one of our group members had issues getting through passport control so we went to a cafe to wait to see if they could get through and be able to join us outside of customs. When it got to the 1.5 hour mark after we landed(which is the amount of time we were told we had to find the driver) we went to our driver and he was very irritated that we had walked past him already. I tried to explain the situation but I’m not sure he understood. We then went to the van and started loading all our luggage. The back of the van was carrying a car seat which i did not request. This caused some issues since our luggage did not fit without moving the car seat into the cabin of the van. Our luggage barely fit even though i confirmed with the company that they could fit all 8 of us and our luggage before booking. Not only could the luggage barely fit but since there was a car seat taking up a spot we could not fit our entire group in the van and had to send 2 of them to find their own way. Then I had paid for waters to be in the van and there were none so I mentioned it to the driver and he said no I did not pay for water and then he checked and saw I had paid for water. He then proceeded to pull out scorching hot waters for some of us, not even everyone. The van had no air conditioning vents in the back of the van only in the front and also no windows to get any airflow. We had the AC on but the driver got cold and shut his vent, which left the rest of us dying from the heat. Wr mentioned several times that we were hot and needed more air but the driver acted like he could not understand us. We were literally ill from the heat and almost threw up from the lack of air. The van was not good, it felt like a converted cargo van and should not be carrying passengers. To make matters worse, once we got to our hotel the driver berated us about next time we needed to come straight to him and not wait. We mentioned that we came to him at the 1.5 hour mark which is the time frame allowed and he just said no and that we have to come directly to him next time. Well there will definitely not be a next time. This was the worst experience and I do not recommend this company at all.

Viator handled several changes in our itinerary without a problem.. Driver was prompt and friendly. Everything worked perfectly.
Got us to where we were going seamlessly
He was very nice and punctual. He waited for us even after our luggage was delayed! Overall great experience!
BUYER BEWARE!! This company is terrible. We paid $131 for a driver and we got a man that showed up late wearing dirty jeans and a flannel. He had the name wrong. For the money I expected a clean vehicle and while there was no trash in it, there were stains on the seats and had a horrible smell. He drove way too fast, I ended up getting nauseous on the trip. Thankfully air and peppermints helped. When we got to Paris he took the wrong way because we initially drove towards the northern side of Paris when we were staying next to the River. There were speed bumps which he drove over way too fast that left us bouncing around the van. As we got close to our location he decided to drop us off about 10 min away from it because he didn’t want to figure out how to get there. We walked with all our luggage (2 bags each) the rest of the way while he drove past us and away. Do not waste your money or time. We could have take. An Uber for the same cost. I will never use them for any other trips to Paris. SO DISGUSTED!!! When we reached out to Viator for assistance they denied my Partial Refund request. I’m done!!
Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, but I received a call to advise me that our driver was 10 minutes away and it worked out perfectly. the car was clean and comfortable. I would use this company again for sure.
Our driver was on time and had my name clearly shown so easy to idetify her.Car was lovely and she drove safely to our destination 1 hour away.
When we arrived and called asking where the driver was we were asked why were we at 2a? You had our flight information why weren’t you at 2a instead we had to Walk to 15, which was closed to meet the driver who came up through 14. Very frustrating. On top of that the driver only spoke French we speak English and Spanish.
Driver did not have a sign with our name, instead the company phoned us to say the driver was waiting. This is a problem when you have just landed in the country and don't have a smart phone. Luckily the driver found us, as she was about to leave.
