The activity was well prepared, and enjoyable. Did not get close to the ice, and we still have not received the photos that we where promised.
I bought this experience as it was described as 5 hours long experience door to door. I enjoyed the kayaking and it was pretty good but then after we finished I was told that I have to wait for 4 hours to be taken back to calafate. So from a half day experience it turned out to be a full day. As I had a different activity booked later in the afternoon I couldn’t make it. When I raised it with Viator and requested a partial refund as the information on their website was not correct, they declined that it was their issue and that I received the service I paid for. After my complaint they still have the incorrect information on their website so nothing has been done.

The kayaking was an amazing experience and the guides were great! Definitely a once in a lifetime experience
Seeing the glacier calve right in front of us and feel a small wave from it while kayaking was amazing! The guides were knowledgeable, fun and always put safety first. They also took some nice pictures while we were in the water so we could focus on having fun. The tour starts with viewing the glacier from above on the viewing platform/stairs. So plenty of good photo ops. Would recommend!
