⭐☆☆☆☆ Fun jet ski ride, but this is NOT an Atlantis Tour The jet skis themselves were fine and riding on the sea was enjoyable. My negative review is about the excursion that is being sold as an “Atlantis Tour”. We booked this specifically to see Atlantis. In reality, we stopped there for only a few minutes. There is barely any time to see anything, take it in, or understand what makes the place special. Calling this an Atlantis Tour is misleading. It is essentially a jet ski ride with a very brief stop at Atlantis. What disappointed us even more was the complete lack of information throughout the tour. The guides hardly spoke at all. No explanations about the places we passed, no information about the coastline, Atlantis, Es Vedrà or the different coves. We repeatedly had to ask ourselves where we were because no information was being provided. We had also brought snorkel masks with us and were told they could not be taken because there was “no space”. Looking at the available space, that explanation made little sense. For the price, we expected much more than simply following a guide on a jet ski. A tour should include some enthusiasm, interaction and information about the places you are visiting. Instead, the guides seemed uninterested and gave the impression that they just wanted to get from one stop to the next as quickly as possible. If you are looking for 90 minutes of jet skiing, you may enjoy it. If you are booking because you genuinely want to discover Atlantis, learn something about the area and have a guided experience, you will likely be disappointed. For us, this excursion was absolutely not worth the money.

Please note that your tour included a latest-generation Yamaha jet ski, safety vests, professional guide and jet ski instructor, fuel, all taxes, and insurance coverage — all of which represents significant value. Don't book here, scammers. You pay for 2 hours, then you don't get your money back. Don't!!!! Been in touch several times, saying you'll get a refund. Unfortunately, they don't do this. Your money is gone and the trip you book you don't get.
Hallo Michel W. Je liegt gewoon, het spijt me dat ik het zo moet zeggen. We voeren gemiddeld 80 jetskitochten per dag uit en dankzij het harde werk van veel mensen zijn we het best beoordeelde jetskibedrijf op Ibiza. We lichten niemand op, we zijn al meer dan 10 jaar actief in de watersportbranche op Ibiza en dat kan niet worden bereikt door mensen op te lichten. In uw geval werd u vanaf het eerste moment op de hoogte gebracht dat de door u gecontracteerde tour niet kon plaatsvinden vanwege de omstandigheden op zee. U kreeg een kortere rondleiding aangeboden en een deel van het geld terug. Je accepteerde het, je nam de rondleiding en het geld werd teruggegeven zoals afgesproken. Een hartelijke groet.
The activity is great, the bike works perfectly, alexis who was our teacher also charming, we know terrible that they try to con people with prices and times!!! We paid 240euros for 2 hours, from 10am to 12am the surprise was that we arrived 20 minutes early and were told to wait for the sun 1 hour, we did not get on the bike until 10:45... the tour was very cool and fun but when we knew we were going to be 1 hour and 15 minutes we would have taken the pack of 1 hour... Then they spoke to us by phone to ask us how our experience, we explained what happened and the only important thing for them is that we put a comment on tripadvaisor. Congratulations Alexis a pleasure to make this experience with you but we know bad that we left with bad taste in our mouths...
Hola Laura. Ni nuestra empresa ni ningún miembro de nuestro equipo se dedica a intentar timar a nadie, esa no es nuestra forma de trabajar. Llevamos mas de 10 años en el negocio y realizamos unos 50 o 60 tours al día de media. En ocasiones pueden producirse retrasos por causas que escapan del control de la organización, como el estado de la mar o el trafico marítimo. Los tiempos totales de cualquiera de las excursiones incluyen el traslado en barco (5 minutos) desde el espigón a las motos de agua , la charla de seguridad y funcionamiento, así como una parada de baño en el destino. En todos los tours, independientemente de su duración, se llega al destino pactado. Unas veces un poco mas deprisa, otras veces un poco más despacio, esto depende de diversos factores como trafico marítimo, estado de la mar, ritmo del grupo etc. En cualquier caso, lo más importante es siempre la seguridad. En la caseta te informaron de que los tiempos son aproximados, y a pesar del retraso, llegasteis al destino y disfrutasteis del tour al completo. Esperamos que nos des una nueva oportunidad con otro tour pronto. Un cordial saludo.

From the first moment we had trouble handling the bike and the monitor, at first, did not give us the necessary instructions to make the experience good. We thought the tour was about getting to Atlantis and having time to get to know it, but when we arrived we could only see it from afar, without getting off the bike, and ended up making the stop in another different location. The monitor was mounted on a zodiac leading the expedition and, despite seeing the obvious problems we had handling the bike, it was not waiting for us and was moving forward regardless of whether we could keep up. We were barely able to tell where the ship was.
Hola Jes. Lo primero gracias por tu valoración. Todos nuestros monitores explican el funcionamiento de las motos de agua al principio de cada tour. Solo a lo largo de este verano 2020 hemos realizado mas de mil tours en moto de agua en Ibiza, sin un solo accidente o evento de relevancia. Tal como se explica en la descripción del tour, el tour a Atlantis consiste en una excursión en moto de agua Yamaha durante 2 horas por la costa de Ibiza, pasando frente a las mejores playas y calas de la costa oeste hasta la altura de Es Vedra y luego Atlantis, donde se suele hacer la parada para bañarse, si el mar lo permite. En caso de haber oleaje o de no ser una zona segura para el baño por causa del mar, es el monitor el que elije una zona de baño adecuada, siempre anteponiendo la seguridad a cualquier otra consideración. El monitor nunca pierde de vista al conjunto de las motos de agua (maximo 4 por grupo). No es seguro que las motos de agua naveguen cerca del barco guia o de otras motos de agua. Por supuesto, el monitor guia la expedición a una velocidad segura y que permite a todo el grupo disfrutar de la misma, y a la vez cumplir con el horario que todo el grupo espera cumplir. En cuanto al precio, debes tener en cuenta que incluye: -Barco guia y su combustible (2 horas) - Monitor guia profesional. - Mando a distancia para para la moto en caso de falta de seguridad o comportamientos peligrosos. - Moto de agua Yamaha VX de última generación y su combustible (2 horas) - Recepción y taquilla donde poder depositar los objetos personales. - Seguro de la moto de agua. - Seguro de accidentes para sus 2 ocupantes. Te invitamos a que realices proximamente una excursión más corta como la de Islas Margaritas (1 hora) o Es Vedra (1 hora 30 minutos) para ir adquiriendo más confiaza poco a poco en el manejo de motos de agua.
