A truly wonderful and unforgettable experience not to be missed, we joined at watchtower 6 and chose the more challenging route towards 1, it was pretty hard going in places but the views made it worth the effort, we took the chair lift up and down and gave us the opportunity to see the wonderful views in a relaxed way. We did the tea ceremony in the village below - very interesting then, onto the summer palace where our guide Maggie was invaluable with her wealth of knowledge! If we could give her 10 stars we would, the whole day was made more special because of her subject knowledge and consideration of the whole group’s needs.

The Great Wall
The whole day was fabulous, well organised and the information given by our guide Maggie was both informative and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Maggie made our time on...
Maggie made our time on this tour amazing! She carefully planned our time and was very clear in communicating how our day would go. She told us lots of information and answered all our questions. Great tour!
Our tour guide was Bruce and he contacted us the day before the tour to confirm the meeting place which lucky for us was just over the road from our hotel. It was lovely to get to the great wall before the crowds descended and the toboggan ride down was great fun. The summer palace in the afternoon was very busy but cool breeze made it a pleasant experience. The palace itself is stunning. Altogether a great tour that I'd recommend and special mention to our driver Mr Lee for navigating the traffic.

Great wall / Summer palace
Wendy was so friendly, she went above and beyond to make sure each person was comfortable, and understood everything. She takes the most amazing pictures at the great wall, and summer palace. I Highly recommend her.

Unforgettable experience!
My family and I did this tour and our tour guide was Sunny. We had a great time and enjoyed very much our tour to the Great Wall and Summer Palace. We highly recommend Sunny, she is very attentive, very patient, explained things to us very well, very easy to talk to. Sunny made sure we had enough time to visit both places and we really appreciated that. We never felt rushed. At the same time we made great friends with the other people on the tour. This day trip is for sure unforgettable. Thanks Sunny for all your help and making our day unforgettable!!!
