We were extremely happy with the cruise and dinner. Very well organized and presented. Only complaint was the number of people vaping on the top deck (8 plus). Would have thought crew would have asked them to stop or move to location identified by captain.
Honestly I should have read more reviews and done my homework. Not what I expected. Would have been better if they didn’t book 100+ for the excursion. People sitting on top of each other for the meal. Ran out of plates and had to ask for one. Food was subpar, but a buffet so, I get it. Everything was very unorganized, excursion left late because of this. Paid for premium drinks. Huge mistake. So many people and only one bartender. Only had time for 2 drinks due to the amount of people. Guess you live and learn. Won’t make this mistake again.
Don’t book it though you. We booked cruise through you and the boat was not even scheduled to cruise the day we booked. No one bothered to tell us, we showed up for the cruise but no one was there. Then I had to go through an act congress to get my $400 refund. I would tell people never to use your service.
Good communication had to cancel last minute, so we understand. We understand you had a lot of flooding over the last couple days so it could impact your families.
It was nice but cloudy so no real Sunset. Music was good, food was good, service good!
Food was terrible, cramped dining room, music was also terrible. Not what I expected.
The music was great, the food was okay, the drinks were plentiful, and the tour was an ideal length. My only complaint was the unnecessary early arrival time. We were asked to arrive an hour early, but check-in took just three minutes, leaving us standing in the heat for the rest of the time.
Amazing experience! Really great food and so much fun!! Went with family, including our one year old and everyone had a great time!
