My first time jet skiing was awesome with this company. When we got there, they immediately checked us in and answered all of our questions. We were in a small group with Eric leading and three other jet skis. We started on the gulf side and had an enjoyable ride, but when we hit the Atlantic side, it was little rough. Eric gave us the option to continue in the washing machine conditions or head back to the gulf side. We all agreed to go back to the smoother side. Eric made it fun and flexible so we will be doing it again.

Thank you for the fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear your first jet ski experience was such a great one. Eric will be happy to know he helped make your tour fun, safe, and flexible for everyone. Ocean conditions can change quickly, so we're glad the group was able to enjoy a smoother ride on the Gulf side. We appreciate you choosing Sunset Watersports and look forward to having you back for another adventure!

Rude customer service
Don’t recommend. They were so rude. Demand a tip which is we would give but our money was in the car because we didn’t take it jet skiing. Rudest people- you’re in the hospitality business dude- get it together

Awesome private jet ski tours!!
My wife and I book a private jet ski tour around the Keys. Tyler Knight was our tour leader and made the experience for us amazing. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and showed up some of his favorite places to explore. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience and Tyler went above and beyond, with a photo session and a few stops along the way with interesting facts of specific areas within the keys. We would absolutely go again and request Tyler!

A Ride - Not a Tour!
This is not any type of tour. It is a ride! I would suggest everyone ride their own Jet Ski. Those who rode double did not appear to enjoy as much as those who rode single.

Thank you for your feedback! You’re absolutely right—this experience is more of an exciting ride than a traditional guided tour. We appreciate you pointing that out for future guests. Riding solo on a Jet Ski definitely allows for a more thrilling and immersive experience, and we’re glad you highlighted that tip. We hope you still had a great time out on the water and would love to have you back again!

Jet Ski - morning excursion
The Jet Ski was fun. Although, the wind was strong and the water and ride was very rough. So course directions were alters for safety reasons. I appreciate the attention to safety; as for seeing hoped for sights on the tour, that really didn't happen. Next time I will check the wind conditions the day before to determine the best experience. The staff and guides were great, friendly and knowledgeable.
