This experience is designed to be more than simply moving between stops, so we’re disappointed to hear you felt there wasn’t enough depth, context, or “hidden gems” shared. Your comments around preparation and commentary are very useful, and we’ll be following this up internally with the guide team. Regarding the venues, we were expected at each stop. However, due to the operational requirements of some venues, we aren’t always able to guarantee seated service at every location. That said, we completely understand how it may have felt on the day, and we’ll review how we communicate and manage these stops so guests feel more comfortable and welcomed. Thank you again for the feedback. We’re sorry this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for, and we’ll be using your comments to improve the tour.

Regarding the final stop, we do advertise that the tour finishes at a bar, with this information available prior to booking.
