The team was very friendly and smiling; my friend and I participated in the workshop and the tour, which were interesting and fun.

Visit well, on the other hand when there are school groups to avoid, because in our case, the children took the audio guide for a toy, could not understand what was said, too young for this kind of visit, and noise!!! and we find that no chocolate sales made on site!! visit well but without school group in infancy

We were able to make our own tablets, and make toppings on marshmallows and pralines, always well guided by the staff, on arrival a good time and a treat!

I was there with my grandpa and his wheelchair. The place was easily accessible and so were the movements in the museum. The explanations in the audio guide were very complete and easy to understand. The place itself is immersive and very well realized. Changes of scenery are great! It is also nice to have places to sit during the visit. The audio guide also allows access to "games" and "information" areas, which allows a very nice experience. In addition, there are backgrounds for photos and if you are alone, a place is available to take a photo with a background to choose from! This leaves a good memory (photo available in the mailbox).

​My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the chocolate workshop! It was such a fun, hands-on experience getting to design and decorate our own chocolate creations. I highly recommend it for families!

Yes, you read that right. The themed rooms are so well staged, you’ll find yourself lingering to soak in the details, camera in hand, instead of just breezing past like you’re in a history exam. The Workshop: Where You Become the Star Now, the real magic? The chocolate workshop. Even if you’ve never so much as melted a chocolate button, fear not as this is the kind of hands-on fun that’s as easy as it is rewarding. You’re guided through every step, from tempering to topping, and before you know it, you’re holding chocolate creations that are actually yours. No childish gimmicks here; it’s the perfect mix of playful and polished. Nice family experience! A chocolate maker guides us in our achievements. We left with our chocolates and our apron. I recommend!

This was a great experience! Our instructor was very patient a d knowledgeable about chocolate. She guided us through designing several chocolate treats … including 4 chocolate bars ! It was a relaxing and fun activity in Colmar. The museum is informative and fun . And most importantly.. the chocolate is delicious!

He's fine. We took a lot of pictures. We ate chocolate. The environment is fantastic. It tells the whole history of chocolate.
